Autonomous systems are one interesting topic recently investigated; for land and aerial vehicles; however, the main limitation of aerial vehicles is the weight to carry on-board, since the power consumed depends on this and hardware like sensors and processor is limited. The present thesis develops an application of digital image processing to detect obstacles using only a monocamera, there are some approaches but the present report wants to focus on the distance estimation approach that, in future works, can be combined with other methods since this approach is more general. Managing STI (i.e. Science, Technology and Innovation) involves a high level of complexity and economic and social relevance for a country to leave it open to improvisation. The successive CTI plans formulated in Argentina from 1998 to 2023 seem to reflect this idea. The objective of this work is to analyze the four state planning processes of STI, focusing on achievements, gaps between planned and the future challenges and invariances of STI planning in Argentina. The study is an explanatory, quantitative and empirical study, involving four case studies, supplemented by primary and secondary sources of a quantitative nature. The analysis of the plans will show an evolutionary process of state planning capacity, not free from gaps, continuities and future challenges of the evolutionary path of STI in Argentina.

This paper develops a variation of potential field algorithm for obstacle avoidance trajectory planning applied to an anthropomorphic manipulator of 6 degrees of freedom. In the first instance, the inverse kinematics model was generated based on a multivariate iterative control process, then the model was modified by adding a rotation vector obtained by the repulsive forces between the obstacle and the six joints of the robot so that the manipulator can find a route that avoids the obstacle and reaches a goal position. This research had as objective develop, implement and validate lexicons (write to the dictation of words and sentences to assess mastery of the phonological path and write words to assess the visual route spelling), a program of stimulation of the psychological processes of the writing: syntactic process (ordering and complete words, placing punctuation) and planning of measured Scripture through the construction of a sequence of stories and the drafting of a descriptive and narrative text. The sample was comprised of 111 students in 2nd and 3rd grade primary school (56 of the control group and 55 of the experimental group) of two state educational institutions of Callao. The objective of this research was to meet the standard of performance of students from third to sixth grade of primary education in the constitutional province of Callao in the psychological processes of writing: lexical, syntactic and planning evaluated through testing that, within the framework of this investigation, we drew up, accept and apply in 804 students from third to sixth grade of four socio-economic levels (a-B); C, D and E) of the constitutional province of Callao. Introduction: Lead times in the design and implementation of spaces in Lima represent 42% of the causes of customer dissatisfaction in the sales process. Therefore, the research focuses on the optimization of lead times, as they are usually very high in small companies (SMEs) and with non-standardized and therefore inefficient processes. Methods: A model is proposed that delineates a standardization plan for a process. El objetivo de esta tesis es desarrollar una propuesta de mantenimiento preventivo en colectores primarios. Basándose en la literatura, se propone un desarrollo en cuatro etapas: el diagnóstico de la red, la propuesta de una metodología de evaluación televisiva, la propuesta de una metodología de priorización y una aplicación práctica. Esta tesis busca presentar una guía de aplicación que pueda servir a pequeñas EPS que busquen implementar un mantenimiento preventivo. Esta tesis cubre una laguna en la literatura nacional, pues la metodología propuesta cubre tanto el algoritmo de priorización como el proceso de diagnóstico de la red. La tesis concluye con las principales lecciones aprendidas de la implementación de la metodología en Sedapal y propone pistas de mejora y recomendaciones de implementación.

El proyecto implica la construcción de una institución educativa en el distrito de Huallanca, región Ancash, mediante el mecanismo de Obras por Impuestos. Esta institución abarca un área de 4513.6 m2 e incluye aulas, edificios administrativos, talleres, sala de profesores, depósitos, servicios higiénicos y un auditorio. El presupuesto asignado fue de S/ 25’485,284.05, distribuido entre diversas especialidades como arquitectura, estructuras, instalaciones sanitarias, eléctricas, mecánicas y de comunicaciones. En este informe se presenta la propuesta creativa para Inventiva, un servicio de materiales audiovisuales que se ajusten a la estrategia del cliente según su estrategia de marketing de una micro o pequeña empresa. Se desarrolla la identidad a través del manual de marca, estilo fotográfico, dirección de arte y el proceso de conceptualización de una sesión de fotos. Además, se complementa con el análisis de fotografía publicitaria, contexto, competencia y casos referenciales. Por otro lado, se desarrolla el plan de comunicación para redes del proyecto: Implementación de una página web como portafolio e Instagram.
