Introduction: Overweight negatively impacts the cardiovascular system and osteomyoarticular, promoting pain in the joints of the lower limbs. Therefore, strategies have been applied to reduce overweight through lifestyle changes. Objective: to investigate the effects of two multidisciplinary intervention programs on the health-related physical fitness of obese women with pain symptoms in the knees. Methods: Women between 40 and 59 years of age with obesity (n=59) were evaluated in the pre- and post-intervention time regarding anthropometry, body composition, physical fitness, level of disability in the knee and hip, and health-related quality of life. This paper studies the criminal liability of legal persons, which has suffered a deep reform with the organic law 1/2015, after being introduced in Spain in 2010. This reform has brought important modifications and news, as the creation of an exemption of liability through the adoption of compliance programs, which supposes a change in the so called model of transfer of liability, that existed before. Parallel to this transformation in the Spanish criminal code, in Peru recently the law 30424 has come into forth, which contents a corporate liability model, very similar to the one foreseen in Spain. Both models of liability and the possibility of its exemption raise doubts about if they really tried to penalize legal persons or not.

This research aims to compare some variables with students enrolled in a Higher Education Institution (IES) pursuing distance-virtual undergraduate programs. The sample included students from the Faculty of Distance Studies (FAEDIS) at the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada (UMNG). A parallel was drawn between the 2015-II and 2024-I periods, comparing economic, demographic, and institutional aspects. A descriptive methodology was used, using a survey instrument that corresponded to a sample of 15.2% of the enrolled student body. The above shows that a significant proportion of the students who responded were between 22 and 35 years old, indicating a young adult population. The growing visibility of violence in schools has caused multiple demands to know their condition in our societies. Given this, the conceptual, analytical and methodological challenges faced between those engaged in their empirical research are evident. However, many of those who face these challenges do not analyze the parallel processes that are configured as the research progresses. The objective of this instrumental research was to confirm the psychometric properties of the EACIN-R Attitudes towards Research Scale, which contains three factors with 28 items comprised in three subscales: interest, vocation and assessment of research. 220 students from a Peruvian university participated, 82 men and 138 women. Confirmatory factor analysis and parallel Horn analysis confirmed the internal structure of the instrument, the trifactorial model, and the number of items in each subscale. Cronbach's alpha index, for the reliability analysis, yielded a value of .898 in the total test. Sexual harassment is an unwanted conduct of a sexual or sexist nature. In 2019, men(16%) and women(25%) undergraduates had suffered from sexual harassment and 43% were unaware of sexual harassment. Massive training could be accomplished through a virtual course. However, there is little research on evaluating the effectiveness of sexual violence prevention in virtual programs in undergraduates. A mixed study was carried out, with a quantitative component(randomized controlled trial of parallel groups) and a qualitative component(focus groups) to compare improvement of knowledge and satisfaction of the virtual course with the face-to-face course, in undergraduates.
