Metal mining is one of the economic pillars of the Peruvian economy. Peru is the main producer of gold, zinc, lead, and tin in Latin America and the second largest producer of copper, silver, and zinc worldwide. Despite its economic importance, mining has also left a plethora of Mining Environmental Liabilities (MEL) whose inadequate waste management represents a risk for both the environment and human health and is a common trigger of social problems. Conforme a la Ley Procesal del Trabajo, las resoluciones administrativas firmes emitidas por la autoridad de trabajo en un procedimiento inspectivo sancionador constituyen títulos ejecutivos; sin embargo, el beneficiario de la obligación prefiere utilizarlo como medio probatorio en un proceso ordinario o abreviado y no recurrir directamente a su ejecución en un proceso ejecutivo laboral. Esta situación origina que, en sede judicial, se vuelva a analizar un tema que ya fue determinado por el sistema inspectivo de trabajo, lo que trae consigo que existan discrepancias de criterios entre lo resuelto por la autoridad administrativa y el órgano jurisdiccional correspondiente, deslegitimando el sistema de protección de los derechos del trabajador. El presente informe analiza los principales problemas jurídicos presentes en la tramitación del procedimiento administrativo trilateral seguido por Azteca contra Enel a cargo de los órganos de solución de controversias de OSIPTEL, recaído en el Expediente N°008-2018-CCO-ST/CI, donde se discute la devolución de supuestos montos cobrados por la empresa eléctrica que superaron el precio máximo legal establecido para el concepto de la contraprestación periódica por acceso y uso de infraestructura eléctrica, concepto regulado en la fórmula reglamentaria establecida bajo el Ley de Banda Ancha. La ciudad de Lima presenta cada día mayor contaminación, siendo esta la causa del incremento de las enfermedades respiratorias. La OMS advierte sobre el daño en el desarrollo neurológico, psíquico y motor que genera la contaminación del aire, asimismo el 93% de la población mundial de niños está expuesta a niveles de partículas finas PM2.5 por encima de lo permitido. El 40% de la población mundial está expuesta a elevados niveles de contaminación de aire en su hogar debido a la quema de leña, carbón y otros desechos sólidos. It is the habitat of many unique and endangered native species, with flora and fauna of great diversity, site of nesting of many migratory birds, source of fresh filtered water, by its volume, regulates the air temperature of the region allowing climate conditions less aggressive for life. The purpose of the present study was to elaborate and apply a strategy based on the resolution of problems in the achievement of learning of parallel and perpendicular lines in geometrical figures in students of third grade of primary level, curricular area of mathematics. For the application of the strategy a learning session was elaborated in which the empirical modeling and systemic methods were applied. In the foundation we worked with the analytical - synthetic, inductive - deductive and comparative theoretical methods. The execution took into account the techniques of the exhibition, the team work, the collaborative work. In the evaluation, the techniques of hetero-evaluation, co-evaluation and self-evaluation were applied. After the conclusion of the session, it was concluded that the students achieved the learning of parallel and perpendicular lines in geometric figures.

This research was developed in the city of Tacna, Peru, at an altitude of 564 m.a.s.l., with temperatures that varied from 12 ° C to 26 ° C. The purpose was to determine the economic and environmental feasibility of the use of ecological bricks (PET plastic compounds, ash from the establishment of sale of grilled chickens, sand and cement) for constructions, trying to provide an alternative solution parallel to the problem of atmospheric pollution caused by the brickyards and the abundance of solid waste in Tacna. Initially, 7 brick samples were manufactured with the mentioned components at different concentrations. These were subjected to tests for compressive strength, water absorption and heat transfer. La investigación está centrada en la problemática relativa a la pérdida del costo o gasto por falta de sustentación fehaciente en una operación tributaria. Ello debido al desincentivo generada por la Ley 28186 en el uso de la microforma. Para lo cual se analizó las definiciones detalladas en el decreto legislativo 681 vinculadas a la microforma, microarchivo, entre otras definiciones.
