Los países en desarrollo como el Perú y las Filipinas comparten similares problemas ambientales. La degradación de los recursos ambientales en Bohol, Filipinas ha avanzado hasta un estado crítico debido a la sobrepoblación, la guerra civil, deforestación y falta de estrategias y políticas de protección y manejo ambiental. En el Perú se está produciendo una degradación ambiental que, sin embargo, no ha llegado al estado crítico. La investigación trata el tema de la programación de máquinas en paralelo, conocido como Parallel Machine Scheduling (PMS). Se enfoca en el problema de la programación a gran escala, donde el número de trabajos es muy grande y mucho mayor que el número de recursos. La solución consiste en asignar y secuenciar los trabajos en los recursos, de modo tal, que se logren terminar a tiempo o con el menor atraso posible. PMS es un problema clásico, tanto de la ingeniería industrial por su relación con la optimización de recursos, y de la matemática computacional de análisis combinatorio. An assessment of part of a family planning program is presented in a social environment characterized by high fertility, low contraceptive use and knowledge and great interest in information and practice of family planning methods. Accidental pregnancy rates and subsequent expulsions are similar to those found in urban environments and sea level. By contrast, first expulsions rates are higher than those established for suburban and metropolitan populations sea level, so it could be considered an effect of biological, possibly related to altitude conditions. The application of IUDs appears to face a number of problems arising from the socio-cultural status of the population. At present, social responsibility presents a problem and this refers to whether the social responsibility is only limited to social issues. Based on that scenario, the author emphasizes highlighting a broader vision that includes issues of human rights, the environment and relationships with local communities. Likewise, there is another parallel conflict between private business actors and the protective actions of public authorities. Canine rabies is a current health problem, very important for public health, livestock production, and the economy. The objective of this research was to evaluate the Spatio-temporal distribution of canine rabies in the period 2009-2018 in Havana, Cuba. A descriptive, retrospective, passive, cross-sectional, observational study was conducted. For the statistical analysis, the Epidat software, version 3.1, based on a Microsoft Excel matrix, was used. The epidemiological indicators were determined: prevalence of cases, monthly time series, and cumulative trend of outbreaks. While, for the spatial analysis, the geographic coordinates were calculated from the centroid of each municipality. Debido a los constantes deslizamientos que se producen en lugares cercanos a la zona de estudio, especialmente en épocas de invierno, nos llevó a realizar un estudio más detallado y minucioso acerca de la estabilidad de taludes en roca entre los kilómetros 95 al 97 de la carretera Ciudad de Dios - Cajamarca. Es por ello que la presente tesis se encargará de informar al gobierno central y a la población aledaña si realmente se puede producir un deslizamiento en el tramo mencionado.
