Poverty is a difficult phenomenon to solve due to its complex and multidimensional character, which is why there are many definitions and ways of measuring it. In this context, this paper has as a main goal to present a review of literature of the diverse focuses and models of reduction of poverty and to proportionate a framework of analysis and reflection for future investigations. The emerging international system in the twenty-first century is characterised by a new phase of globalization in which, largely due to the explosion of information and communication technologies, the role and activity of a variety of actors –outside and within states– has been significantly strengthened. While the states remain as the main actors of the world system, the current configuration of the international order no longer responds to the Westphalian state-centric paradigm that shaped international relations until the end of the twentieth century. In this new scenario, the role of subnational actors is increasingly active, which opens a window of opportunity for developing nations to improve their competitive and cooperative insertion in the international system at both regional and global levels.

El objetivo principal de la investigación es analizar la relación entre los paradigmas socioculturales y su influencia en la apariencia personal de hombres entre 25 y 45 años de edad en Lima Metropolitana 2019, y poder saber cuáles son las concepciones socioculturales de la apariencia personal de los mismos. La metodología se desarrolló bajo un enfoque cuantitativo, mediante la estadística descriptiva inferencial con un alcance descriptivo, diseño de campo de tipo explicativo no experimental, con una población de 600 hombres. La muestra fue probabilística, conformada por 240 individuos; para el procesamiento de datos se aplicó la estadística descriptiva para probar la relación existente entre las hipótesis. The research proposes a three-dimensional psychosocial and cultural model to develop creativity in primary educa-tion. The benefits of boosting creativity in children between six and twelve years old were the starting point. On the other hand it aims to re-address the training process that teachers carry out in different areas. El primer objetivo específico es describir el proceso de duelo de los participantes. This research sought to establish how corruption has violated the regulations of the Ley de Contratación del Estado during the current crisis due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, the aim was to learn how corruption and the current institutional deterioration influence existing regulations regarding public procurement, considering that this process takes place in a direct manner due to the public health emergency. The criminal process is built upon the Constitution. Its legal regulation is not independent but arises inevitably from the fundamental norm of the State. It is precisely within this instrument that the general framework of principles is established, from which the specific rules governing the criminal process in a nation are derived. This theoretical core is referred to in Hispanic-American doctrine as the Procedural Criminal Program of the Constitution, and in Portuguese doctrine as the Procedural Criminal Constitution. The problem of safe obstetrical care has special relevance in recent years due to the interest of health professionals in reducing adverse events and improving healthcare. However, this is pursued in complex, uncertain and variable scenarios and risks, where human behavior may increase the probability of error. We often have to make short term decisions when attending two patients simultaneously – mother and fetus-, and the mother expects a deferential treatment during pregnancy, delivery and the puerperium. These processes involve multiple activities and tasks, and failures may occur. Faced with the paradigm change of involving the patient in the care and decision making process, we have to provide them with the most complete evidence, to avoid contingencies and to obtain the best possible results.
