This paper analyzes the front-of-pack food labelling, with particular attention to Chilean, Colombian, Ecuadorian and Peruvian regulations (also de lege ferenda regulations). The aim is to contribute to a better understanding and use a comparative methodology, in particular of the figure of the legal transplant. In that sense, a concrete example of operability (not necessarily achieved) of a transplant is provided. The work also shows that the analyzedlegislations are far from European models and take Latin American standards as a reference, contributing to a paradigm shift in relation to the traditionalinfluence of foreign regulations that is usually incorporated into Latin American national systems.

En Perú, el mercado de la prensa escrita es un oligopolio dominado por pocas corporaciones que operan en condiciones de altos niveles de desconfianza a los medios de comunicación por parte de la ciudadanía. En este contexto, se presenta un análisis de las portadas de medios de prensa escrita durante la primera fase del ciclo de protestas en el Perú (diciembre 2022-marzo 2023). En diálogo con la teoría del “paradigma de la protesta” sobre la relación entre prensa y movimientos sociales, se realiza un análisis crítico de la cobertura de los seis periódicos con mayor alcance, a partir de sus portadas como indicador de su línea editorial. Introducción: La falta de exoneración automática al cumplir la mayoría de edad ocasiona un abuso de derecho de alimentistas mayores de edad que no trabajan ni estudian. El Objetivo es analizar el abuso del Derecho en procesos de alimentos en alimentistas mayores de edad, Lima 2023. La Metodología, se utilizó un enfoque cualitativo, de paradigma naturalista, método inductivo, de nivel exploratorio-descriptivo. El Resultado, se mostró que existe un abuso de derecho por parte de los alimentistas mayores de edad que no cursan estudios superiores y no padecen enfermedad que los incapacite a proveerse su propia subsistencia. This paper is about the social responsibility in the lawyers’ education. The author begins talking of the classic university paradigm, where one of the traditional activities of the university is the social projection, which is the contribution of the university to improve the society. On the same subject, having the business vision as a reference, he mentions that the university social responsibility has been adopted from a transversal approach by the university as a way to integrate it into society. From a personal experience, the author indicates us that the idea of development was present in the 60 decade. Through the time, the evaluation has to break with established paradigms in the educational system. Currently, evaluation must be considered as an improvement process and not as a sanction mean, considering it as a dynamic, continuous, permanent, systematic, and analysis process of interpretation and information assessment. By this evaluation view, the process is centered on the student than in the teacher, which might be related to the personal development. lt is has to be considered that the evaluation is a whole moment, in which teacher and student can evaluate, considering the different learning styles and the multicultural factor of the student. The evaluation will get sense in a quality framework, whenever the efficacy and efficiency of the teacher role are proved in front of the student to be evaluated, in ali their dimensions and in an integral aspect.

La presente investigación pretendió explorar la experiencia relacional de dos mujeres adultas jóvenes a propósito del contexto de cuarentena por la pandemia de COVID-19 en Lima. Para ello, se empleó como constructo las configuraciones relacionales, enmarcadas en un diseño temático. Los instrumentos empleados fueron una ficha de datos sociodemográficos, la entrevista RAP (Paradigmas de Anécdotas Relacionales) y una guía de entrevista semiestructurada. Celebrating Carlos Alberto Seguin’s first birth centenary (1907-2007) the author describes three facets of his exemplary life: his formative years, his presence in San Fernando School of Medicine during the difficult 60’s and his dignified attitude facing death. The advanced Seguin’s ideas upon medical education reform, joining the psyche and physical parts of human beings as an integral whole made him postulate to diagnose and treat not only ‘the illness’ but the whole person. Moreover, his methodological proposal of ‘formative groups’ in order to give the students the opportunity to elaborate their emotional reactions while interacting patients, were not well understood and caused conflicts that he preferred to avoid for the institution’s sake. In the 1960s, a generation of dramatic authors emerged in Peru whose work displayed the socially marginalized character front and center for the first time in the local scene. The incorporation of the marginal universe led to the inclusion of new characters, spaces, problems, and, above all, new points of view that distanced themselves from the conventions that the Peruvian public and critics were accustomed to. This shift meant that authors such as Hernando Cortés, Juan Rivera, Víctor Zavala, Sara Joffré, César Vega and Grégor Díaz developed a dramaturgy where important formal, aesthetic and ideological innovations stood out. This paper provides an analysis of dramatic pieces by the aforementioned authors—mainly those of Díaz, whom we consider most representative of the group—in order to identify their influences and compare and contrast their dramaturgies.
