In many ways, the COVID-19 pandemic has compromised the development of the nations, configured a number of restrictions to the fundamental rights and radically changed the lives of human beings in several negative aspects. However, there are also aspects that, as a result of the virus, are being redirected and that pose major challenges for the Judiciaries. Hence, it may be argued that these are new paradigms that allow us to rethink the judicial work and assume a relevant role in the digital transformation of the work of judges. Aspects, such as virtual hearings, the demand for investment in technology and a new approach in the role of judges to increase their use of artificial intelligence tools, imply important changes both in the present and in the years to come, and at the same time become paradigms with a view to improving the new tasks of judges.

New paradigms fruits of the constant changes, mechanistic insights to complex views are aspects that have enabled the evolution and development of the accounting profession, understood as a stage in which the task and function of a public accountant should be creative, innovative and strategic results for the growth of organizations through competitive management, and their task in the development of social responsibility. In today's society it is satisfied that the world is changing rapidly and today the market demands a process of transformation in all aspects is why in this article aims to highlight the importance and the need for a paradigm shift of the accounting profession, the latter being as innovative practitioner role so that it contributes to the effectiveness of socio-economic management.

The limitations of physico-chemical and microbiological parameters in environmental decision making to recognize the quality of aquatic ecosystems are discussed. This article analyzes the process of paradigm change in Law, a non-peaceful transition from a model developed in the XX century to a new law which will sit throughout the XXI century. The changes that have occurred from this new legal paradigm are not superficial, but rather crossing the structures and foundations of modern legal ideology and technique that underlies, as the constitutionalization of national law, the internationalization of economic relations, the development of treaties or development of Community law. Furthermore, the author refers to the impact that this change took place in the theoretical construction of taxes and the delimitation of the scope of the tax phenomenon.

The purpose of this article is to address the transformations in the valued attributes of workers, through the analysis of policies based on labor competencies.The hypothesis is that the competences paradigm facilitates the implementation of individualized work management models, in which soft skills take relevance. These management modalities displace unions from participating in the definition of valued attributes. We will use a qualitative methodology. The data sources were documents from national and international organizations in charge of implementing labor competencies policies in Argentina, and collective labor agreements in the automotive sector. In addition, in-depth interviews were used with workers and group leaders from a Japanese automotive terminal.

La cumbia ha pasado por distintas transformaciones en la costa norte peruana y mucho se ha escrito sobre sus aspectos históricos y su impacto social. Para su mejor comprensión, es necesario abordar el fenómeno musical en sí mismo. Por ello, el objetivo de esta investigación fue identificar las influencias y características de la cumbia de esta región, a través del análisis comparativo y el paradigma de investigación sobre las artes de tres piezas musicales representativas de este género musical, interpretadas por las agrupaciones Agua Marina, Grupo 5 y Armonía 10.
