Abstract This work is philosophical and is composed of two parts. The first, entitled Transformations in higher education due to the use of ICT, presents some of the alterations that have taken place in teachers and students, including the increase in the character of researcher and tutor in teachers, and the speed and diversity of apprenticeship mod. Attachment theory constitutes one of the psychological phenomena that, based on affective ties and the way it is shown, will evidently generate a conditioning and parental relationship from childhood that affects social coexistence. This article is part of the Child support law of descendants and it focuses on two objectives: first, to establish a minimum and maximum amount that serves to satisfy the basic needs of those supported, and second, to determine whether there are adequate regulatory incentives to promote the compliance of the maintenanceobligation and responsible procreation. In this way, using concepts and tools of the economic analysis of the law, we will study both the behaviour of the obligated parent and the importance that the norm acquires as a vehicle of information for family planning, all this concerning for the number of children and the income necessary for responsible parenthood. In this regard, the regulation can improve information on the cost of a child so that individuals can make better decisions.

This article shows a new vision of Media Consumption for Communication Research through the relation between a host society and Diaspora. Immigrant’s Media Consumption is already one of the fields with less bibliography in Spain. Therefore, we show the importance of generating other lines of Research in Communication that approach the study of the new reality that is forming at present, in our society. Migrations put in question not only the traditional vision of the media experience from Spanish Research with a national and sedentary public, but also it reexamines the role of Mass Media aimed to immigrants.

This study proposes the curriculum design of an elective course and its integration with the Information and Communication Technologies (ICT). Here we explore the pathways and views conceived about the places of memories in the Peruvian Andes, where different social groups materialized feelings, knowledge, and temporal urgencies through ritual actions, spatial organizations and symbols in the recreated landscape. Several food programs attempting to meet social demand and to counter social inequality have been created in Peru. Qali Warma is one of these programs. Peruvian government has promoted its design, planning and implementation. However, this public policy presents certain weaknesses and setback. This article’s purpose is to analyze the power and autonomy of the Peruvian State to implement this program from a political science perspective. Therefore, its structure, scope and impact are evaluated from the approach of authors such as Max Weber, Michael Mann and Guillermo O’Donnell. The research concludes that it is a strong bureaucracy and infrastructure policy, but also it has coverage and corruption problems seen as brown areas, which make its efficiency questionable.

This article approaches a topic of increasing incidence in the judiciary system that is the recognition of foreign sentences because of the massive migratory movements currently produced by several factors causing a great economic, social, legal impact and in the relationships of the personnel involved in the family. In this topic is worth noting, the standarization of notary and administrative divorces, whose regulation in the civil laws is spreading in Latin America, although they do not receive similar recognition in the private international law.
