In the last half century,there were several attempts to adopt the notion of supervenience in order to shed light on the claim of generality that is involved in aesthetic judgments. In this paper I will show the difficulties brought up by the transposition of the notion of supervenience from other areas of philosophy to the philosophy of art and I will also show the intrinsic difficulties of this project. Teleosemantic is the theory that proposes an explanation of mental representation on the basis of the Darwinian theory of biological function. Although Darwin explains biological traits for both historical and adaptationist causes, Papineau and other proponents of teleosemantic rely only on the adaptationist dimension of the theory to account for the identity of the biological trait. This is shown in the teleosemantic response to the possibility that an exact duplicate of a human arose from non-evolutionary causes (the swampman). In this thesis, we introduce a new variation of the VRP appearing in wireless networks. The new characteristic added to this well-know problem is the possibility of pick-up information via wireless transmissions. The present study details the evaluation, analysis and improvement of problem management by applying the ITIL methodology, specifically to the problematic of the problem management processes of the Multi Vendor Services area in IBM Peru and the proposal to improve the current management, the which presents difficulties with the excessive times of solution of problems and increase of operating costs. The aim of the present study was to observe if there are differences in the level of the burnout dimensions between teachers who have experienced symptoms or health problems in the last year and those who have not in a sample of 223 teachers working in educational institutions (elementary school level). Participants completed the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) in its teachers’ version, and a sociodemographic survey. This article deals with the effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) in the development of the emotional intelligence of first-semester students in a private university in Lima. To achieve this purpose, an applied research was carried out, using the experimental method (quasi-experimental design), given that the independent variable (PBL) will be manipulated so that it produces an effect on the dependent variable (Emotional Intelligence), which will be measured. Esta investigación describe el proceso de diseño de las plantillas INPADI (Investigación para Diseñar) como herramienta metodológica para el perfeccionamiento del proceso de investigación dirigido a los alumnos del último año de diseño gráfico que están desarrollando su tesis. Tomando como base la experiencia como profesores del curso de tesis de diseño gráfico, se identificaron problemas generales del proceso de investigación y se diseñaron e implementaron las plantillas a fin de resolver esos problemas, de manera que se garantice que el alumno comprenda los pasos para estructurar un problema de investigación y proponer un proyecto de diseño creativo e innovador; además, se consideró la gestión del curso con el modelo de educación virtual.

El problema del vendedor ambulante de alquiler de automóviles (CaRS) es una generalización del problema del agente viajero. En este trabajo se presenta una nueva variante del algoritmo Adaptive Local Search Procedure (ALSP) llamado Iterated Adaptive Local Search Procedure (IALSP). Se presentan dos formulaciones matemáticas para modelar el problema CaRS. Estas formulaciones se comparan utilizando un MIP solver. La formulación con el mejor resultado se utiliza en el algoritmo IALSP. This paper is the report of a study about the problems which psychology students have to resolve when they write a thesis for obtaining the degree. In the frame of this study three variables were considered: academic achievement motivation, selfevaluated autoefficacy for writing a thesis, and the will to write her. A sample of´psychology students in the last academic semesters of three privates universities answered the psychometric reactives used for this study.
