Through the discourses of financial-independence and «professionalisation» of offspring promoted by state-provided healthcare and welfare (Juntos), Quechua women living in poverty find that upon entering motherhood their full citizenship becomes conditional on successful behaviours and stewardship of children to a more «desirable» livelihood than their own. This suggests that mothering- while-poor places a moral value on women that the state uses to justify monitoring and governing them. El encarcelamiento y la sobrepoblación carcelaria en Perú es cada vez mayor, esta situación crea y perpetúa la exclusión y la precariedad de poblaciones marginadas incluso después de su paso por la prisión. Esta investigación muestra que el ingreso al mercado laboral es un factor importante para el proceso de resocialización, pero no es suficiente. Para ello, se abordará las experiencias y narrativas de personas liberadas para analizar en qué medida funciona -o no- el objetivo de resocialización del gobierno peruano, ahondando en las implicaciones políticas de las trayectorias laborales postpenitenciarias. In Argentina, the provinces of Córdoba, Salta and Santiago del Estero are cases of great importance in the context of agribusiness expansion, due to the spectacular loss of biodiversity, the frequent territorial conflicts carried out by indigenous peoples and peasants and, more recently, against the use of agrochemicals and their consequences on human and non-human health. I argue that Tsing’s notionof «travelling packages» provides a useful way of conceptualizingthe means by which elements of these projects are diffused, translated,taken up, and adapted into different localities around theworld. Based on the analysis of Alicorps’ official statement regarding the renaming of their commercial brand Negrita, this article suggests delving into the reasons why brands have begun to take political stands through their discourse and actions, and how this decisions have an impact on the commercial and manufacturers’ brand equity as well as their consumers. Albeit interest regarding role portrayals in advertising is not a new issue, “¿is it possible that brands and advertising have embraced a new role as social actors?, “¿are societal changes so powerful that they call for a brand to take a political stand towards them?” Through on the outcome of these questions, and through this cases’ discussion, this study seeks to explore the roots and consequences of this new brand positioning.

In this study, an analysis of pre-trial proceedings is made, given the new scenario of programming virtual hearings and the subsequent procedural burden that will arise once the state of emergency is lifted. Moreover, operational aspects are raised for the correct application of this procedural institution and statistical data on its use in specialized courts in different parts of the country are evaluated, in order to reevaluate the advantages of pre-trial proceedings as a tool for procedural simplification that leads to an expeditious, effective and timely resolution.

Interest here is to establish a state of the issue on public communication of the political opposition in Cuba, because in the reviews on the subject no studies relating both terms were found. Meanwhile, there are few studies that examine Cuban dissidence in general. To advance in research about how is the configuration of the public thing is set around the political opposition in Cuba, an illegal and criminalized activity, is imposed an analysis that identifies gaps in knowledge production about this subjects and rescue the elements which allow us to think, contextualized and critically, the phenomenon.

The concepts of disinformation and misinformation have almost as many meanings as the number of authors who have treated them. Considered from the semiotic and psychological point of view, disinformation and misinformation seem to be the result of the inadequacy of what is communicated to the reality of an object. The focus of both Political Science and Public Relations is set on disinformation / misinformation as an example of how masses and public opinion can be manipulated, while the vision of Communication Sciences and Information considers such behaviours as natural features of the media in a clearly oversaturated communications ecosystem. This paper describes the different approaches to the topic of disinformation/misinformation made in the above mentioned scientific disciplines.

In the last two decades the development, of agriculture in Peru has attracted an increasing interest within the social sciences. In particular, the process of transformation of the 'haciendas' (farms) into cooperative associations in the Peruvian coast, and the subsequent parceling of the latter, has produced an extensive bibliography on the subject. The present paper analyzes two performances made by child victims of state violence in Argentina: Cuarto intermedio: guía práctica para audiencias de lesa humanidad (2018) by Mónica Zwaig and Félix Bruzzone, and Antivisita: formas de entrar y salir de la ESMA (2022) by Mariana Eva Pérez and Laura Kalauz. The paper claims that both theatrical plays evoke two realms of memory, in Pierre Nora’s terms, related to a moment in Argentinian history in which the state reviews recent history from a memorial perspective. The purpose of this investigation was to carry out the analysis of the extent to which the State fulfills the responsibility of re-inserting the ex-prison population to a job, recognizing the purpose of the sentence as an instrument of resocialization. The purpose of the article is to demonstrate the relationship between the use of the virtual classroom and the learning of mathematics in primary school students from a public educational institution in Lima, Peru. The study was developed according to the Positivist paradigm, taking the Quantitative approach. It corresponds to the basic type, non-experimental correlational design.
