Since the beginning of 2020, different countries have been adopting confinement and protection measures against the infection caused by Sars-Cov-2, which represented a challenge for health professionals, in the case of psychology, the therapies provided in face-to-face modality were interrupted, becoming carried out online. Three years after these events, it is worth reflecting on what the use of telepsychotherapy implied as a modality supported by evidence under certain criteria to promote its therapeutic effects. For this reason, Marine Protected Areas (MPA) started as an alternative to avoid the overexploitation of marine resources to get sustainable use. Peru was not exempt from this trend; in 1975, the fi rst Protected Natural Area (NPA) included a coastal marine ecosystem. Subsequently, the situation changed positively with the creation of The National Reserve System of Island, Islets, and Punta Guaneras in 2009 and the National Reserve San Fernando in 2011. The aim of this paper is to present a formal analysis of the local laws related to Mexican journalists’ protection, and compare it with news workers’ perceptions on this issue. The starting point is a theoretical discussion on the current risk of practicing journalism, and the need to provide local legal assistance. This is followed by an argumentative formal analysis of the local laws, complemented by a set of 55 semi-structured interviews with journalists from the same places, which were conducted between February 2017 and August 2018. The findings show three kinds of legal protection: social, civil, and physical. On the contrary, based upon their own experiences, reporters do not trust in those laws. The final argument is that the local context matters in order to understand how the protection measures operate in the most dangerous country in the world for journalism.

The current article presents a thematic review about the state of the art on family resilience articles published in spanish. Starting from the risk and protective factors, it moves toward a definition of resilience, as well as the emergence of the construct. Besides, there are described the components of the resilience approach, such as the salutogenic and ecological models and positive psychology. Family resilience is characterized from the systemic approach and the family stress theory, as well as the main family resilience processes. Is argued on the relevance of the model to approach to topical issues. Various publications are reviewed by types of study: cualitative and cuantitative researches, and review articles. Conclusions and recomendations emanating from the thematic review are presented to finish.

Over all these years, Lima has been a city aspiring modernization, but the city may not forget it houses an important historic burden. Since 1991, and after several efforts, Lima´s Historic Center entered the list of World Heritage Sites recognized by UNESCO. Such recognition was achieved thanks to the Board of Lima founded in 1989 by a group of architects, artists, historians, and art critics who started different actions in order to rescue of our historic center. However, the question many people are asking is: On the one hand, what are we doing to protect and respect that title? And, on the other hand, do people know that this Historic Center includes other districts besides the well-known Lima Cercado?

This paper analyzes the strict liability system surviving in customs infringement procedures, the grounds for its existence or survival and its consequences. Also, the arguments against such system of liability attribution are examined. Thus, from such starting point, through a precise enumeration of statutory rebuttable presumptions whose intention can be presumed whenever it is difficult for Tax Authorities to prove such presumptions, I intend to find legal solutions to determine the grounds for its replacement without affecting the rights of the relevant individuals or legal entities when the customs infringements are decided.

This article reviews the processes of consolidation of the principle of legality and of the criminalisation of crimes against humanity in international criminal law from a historical perspective. It starts with the Nuremberg Tribunal of 1945 and then traces the development of these two processes side-by-side: the enshrinement of the principle of legality in a series of universal treaties protecting human rights between the 1960s and the 1980s and the criminalisation of crimes against humanity in the Statutes for the International Criminal Tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and for Rwanda and in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

El presente informe tiene como objetivo presentar la solución a la problemática de pérdida de combustible en los tanques de almacenamiento del terminal Bayóvar, perteneciente al oleoducto Nor Peruano de Petroperú – Piura, mediante la instalación de un sistema de techo interno flotante. Este sistema busca reducir la evaporación de combustible dentro del tanque de almacenamiento. Siguiendo la normativa API 650, se implementó un techo interno flotante adaptado al tipo de tanque ubicado en el terminal Bayóvar (Modelo Ruso), convirtiéndose en el primer TIF instalado en dicha ubicación.
