In the present paper an analysis of the epistemological foundations on which the educational field has been founded since its origin until today is made, in order to understand in depth the current situation of educational research. To this end, a historical-epistemological study is carried out. This study seeks to uncover the justification that, in each moment and context, has founded the said field. This path shows that, at first, historicity (referred to the contextual, non-rational, non-scientific) was deliberately set aside to guarantee the development of a rational science. Later, and due to the persistence of certain epistemological problems, this historicity is understood as a value and becomes the disciplinary foundation. Future time perspective extension is an individual's perception of the psychological distance between future goals. The concept of extension can be expanded to include how far into the future an individual habitual time space extends and the diffusion of goals within that time space. This alignment and distance may be related to the individual episodic future thinking, the pre-experiencing of future events. Research in FTP and EFT are typically siloed; considering both approaches to future thinking provides not only greater insight into the two constructs but may also provide avenues for developing interventions. If we analyze the demands of the university and the school until a few years ago, the university student was asked to acquire a series of knowledge of the specialty (most of them theoretical) to become a good professional. I learned the practice soon when I arrived at the company and at work, because I had a solid theoretical background. At the beginning of the 21st century, skills learning is required. The competences are complex skills-abilities that refer to the management of knowledge, skills (abilities-skills) and attitudes (values), in the realization of specific actions of a profession and with approved quality standards. The core of a competition is a capacity or potential that a person has to perform certain actions with accepted quality standards.

In November 1981, the Popular Natural Medicine Coordinating Team began its work as an initiative of some field health teams. These objectives were set: a. In this edition of the magazine From the South we find a series of reflections on Peru framed within the commemoration of the bicentennial. Although only one of them focuses on directly studying the period of independence, and its analysis does not focus on how the separation with Spain was achieved or on the celebrations held in these years of pandemic, it is clear that all of the Papers in this issue contribute to the understanding of Peru in this specific context. 2021 has been a particular year. On the one hand, the country and the entire world are still immersed in the complex and changing reality of the pandemic, while, on the other hand, Peru has lived through an intense and exhausting electoral process that has not managed to put an end to the political instability that It has characterized it for the last five years.

The pandemic caused by COVID 19 has accelerated the transition towards an even more digitized economy, and it has further evidenced the need for a new international regulation on a fairer allocation of tax rights for large companies that operate internationally and with a high profiability. While waiting for the recently adopted international agreement within the OECD/G20 Inclusive Framework on BEPS, to be signed, or a Digital Tax is approved in the European Union, Spain has joined the trend followed by other States, approving the Digital Services Tax. This Tax is being critized for its possible incompatibility with International Tax Law and European Law. In this work, we will analyze the essential elements of this tax, we will identify the main controversial issues that its legal regime raises from international and european law, and we will try to answer to them.

An unplanned health care system is like a paper boat carried by a slowly sinking current. In times of disinformation and excessive distraction, investing in better facts on health technology assessment (HTA) will enable more active actions rather than reactive to the market dynamics. This paper aims to raise some reflections on HTA in terms of political context, health technologies and epidemiological priorities. The perspective of HTA is context dependent, intrinsic to its political and institutional articulation. At the moment, the paradox is to maintain a specialized structure in the face of economic austerity policies that reduce health resources, and a scenario of greater interest in raising public funds by the private sector.
