This article describes the need of ensure an adequate regulation system in the interconnection matter, looking for having an optimal competency on the different fields of service sectors. Thus, parting from the case of the electricity and telecommunications sectors, it will be verified that, for developing this industries it is necessary to have an adequate regulatory framework in interconnection matter.

El sector textil y confecciones es una de las actividades que más contribuye en la economía. En el año 2019 aportó S/. 6,345 millones al PBI manufacturero de Perú; sin embargo, durante los últimos años este sector ha perdido participación debido a la contracción en su producción. The Peruvian market is highly competitive, and advertising plays an important role in economic development, by promoting the offer of services and/or products. However, there is no clear prior legislative or jurisprudential criterion for its regulation, which can lead to acts of unfair competition. The objective of this work is to establish the incidence of improper comparison in the telecommunications sector in Peru, through a qualitative approach methodology, of a basic type, with a descriptive level, an inductive method, and with a study design of case, using the documentary analysis technique. This paper presents a compendium of good practices detected from the application of the Social Profitability Indicator in Communication IRSCOM to a group of 12 community and indigenous public interest stations in Colombia during the year 2022. The IRSCOM-RADCC (Radio Comunitaria Colombia) is a tested methodology that is specified in 33 indicators and is designed to collect quantitative and qualitative information on the internal functioning of the media in relation to six categories of analysis: management, social capital, territorial and citizen articulation, programming, Internet activity and infrastructure. The social, economic, and cultural development of a country is closely linked to the performance of MSMEs, particularly in the gastronomic sector, due to their capacity to generate employment and stimulate tourism. This study aimed to design a value chain evaluation tool for restaurants, regarded as key actors in emerging economies. Amethodology combining the World Bank's approach and Porter's model was applied. The results led to the development of a tool structured in three stages: service production, marketing, and service provision, incorporating criteria adapted from primary and support activities. This flexible tool enables the diagnosis of business strengths andweaknesses, supporting decision-making, sectoral evaluation, and the formulation of productive development policies.

The objective of the research was to determine the impact of Digital Marketing on customer relationship management (CRM) in an educational institution in central Peru. The study was carried out from the quantitative approach, with a non-experimental correlational transactional research design. A questionnaire was applied to 228 parents between the ages of 30 and 50 who belong to an educational institution in the city of Concepción in Peru. Pocas ideas y actividades han recibido elogios tan hiperbólicos como las presentadas en el mundo por Hernando de Soto sobre la informalidad. Premios Nobel en economía, presidentes de varios países, revistas muy importantes y organizaciones multilaterales han respaldado el impulso del registro de propiedad de los pobres, particularmente sus viviendas, como la clave para lanzar una revolución económica mundial desde abajo. En este trabajo presentamos el respaldo institucional de esas ideas, la sustancia analítica de los principales argumentos, la precisión descriptiva de las instituciones operando en el tercer Mundo y los resultados de la aplicación de los programas de titulación promovidos. This article identifies processes of gender-based labor discrimination in the Peruvian tourism sector. We analyze the determinants of the gender wage gap between men and women in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. We use the National Household Survey from 2018 to 2021 and the methodology of decomposing wage gaps by quantiles proposed by Machado and Mata (2005), which includes a correction for selection bias in the labor participation of men and women in the tourism sector (Buckinsky, 1998; Albrech et al., 2009). The wage gap was decomposed into differences in job characteristics (education, experience) and differences in the returns to such characteristics. The purpose of this project is to develop a guidance implementation model that allows the use of different agile methodologies and frameworks in the Human Resources (HR) areas. The project will be carried out in phases, with the first phase being research and analysis. During this stage, successful cases, frameworks, agile methodologies, and complementary literature on agility for HR areas will be analyzed. Secondly, a useful reference and detailed consultation model for agile methodologies and frameworks will be designed with the aim of positively impacting the transformation of processes and services handled by HR specialists and leaders. Finally, this model will be validated based on feedback from HR experts who have some level of affinity with agility applied in their areas.
