Adaptation to the conditions of freedom and the resocialization of persons who served their terms is determined by a gender factor, especially in societies with a bright masculine characteristic, to which the Russian society belongs too. In such societies, the process of female post-penitentiary adaptation is more complicated, because it, as before, is dominated by a more negative attitude to female crime than to male one. The article is devoted to vocal education in Kazan as part of a general cultural process. Kazan as “a gathering place of two worlds – the Western and the Eastern”, was the leading music and cultural center. This city was simultaneously one of the largest provincial centers of Russian culture, and Muslim Tatar’s. During the XIX century in Kazan not only amateur music-making was actively developed but also were created music-public associations and private music teachers became widespread. The concert and performance in Kazan inevitably went through single phases and stages of development common to the whole country. Over time, amateur performance gives way to professional performance. El presente informe tiene como objetivo presentar la solución a la problemática de pérdida de combustible en los tanques de almacenamiento del terminal Bayóvar, perteneciente al oleoducto Nor Peruano de Petroperú – Piura, mediante la instalación de un sistema de techo interno flotante. Este sistema busca reducir la evaporación de combustible dentro del tanque de almacenamiento. Siguiendo la normativa API 650, se implementó un techo interno flotante adaptado al tipo de tanque ubicado en el terminal Bayóvar (Modelo Ruso), convirtiéndose en el primer TIF instalado en dicha ubicación. This theoretical - experimental investigation mainly focuses: The particular running processes of diesel engines at partial and idle loads and, the simplest and most effective method to improve these running parameters, specially economical indexes. According to our investigation results, this method is the initial fuel pressure regulation in the high pressure line; from the feed line (low pressure) and, by means of the initial pressure regulation valve (RND valve, russian origin).
