La economía colombiana se ha caracterizado por tener una dependencia de bienes primarios, en especial la minería y los hidrocarburos, como principales aportantes del producto interno bruto. Producto de ello se ha potencializado la desindustrialización (i.e., bienes secundarios) y en materia de servicios (i.e., bienes terciarios), y los avances han sido tímidos. En tal sentido, el País merece cambios disruptivos que conlleven a equilibrar la generación de su producto interno y deje de lado la dependencia de las materias primas como principal generador de insumos en su presupuesto nacional. This article offers a critical analysis of the approach of the penal and penitentiary system in its fight against crime, focusing on the limited effectiveness of imposing penalties as the sole response without addressing the underlying causes of criminal phenomenon. In view of this, the author addresses the advances of adopting personalized formulas adapted to each offender, emphasizing individualized treatment as a way to achieve the legal-social rehabilitation of the offender and prevent recidivism. In this regard, he examines the treatment in the minimum standards rules of the United Nations and Mexico, as well as in Peruvian law. The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by novel coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) infection has created a pandemic leading to a global struggle to cope with the sheer numbers of infected persons, many of whom require intensive care support. To date, there is no specific antivirus treatment for COVID-19. The use of convalescent plasma transfusions could be of great value in the current pandemic. Recently recovered SARS-CoV-2 patients who may be suitable donors undergo apheresis in order to obtain convalescent plasma containing high-titer antibodies, granted they meet blood donation criteria. This alternative dispute resolution mechanism depends, almost entirely, on the efficiency of the final product it provides: the award. The quality of this instrument, however, may vary depending on the arbitrators in charge of rendering it and, most important, the institutions that fulfill the function of regulating the arbitral procedure.In this article, the authors propose that arbitral institutions in Peru implement the scrutiny of awards in order to improve the quality and enforceability of awards. This research postulates that Fabla salvaje (1923), a novel by César Vallejo, represents an epistemic violence that marks the full entry of modern subjectivity into the Andean world. The novel proposes, then, how modernity, through the dynamics of isolation and denial of dialogue, penetrates in the calm of the Andean world and breaks the prerogatives of the family or animal horizontality by rendering them strange and useless. This phenomenon is represented in Balta Espinar, the protagonist of the novel, as well as in his relations with his wife and with the nature that surrounds him. But, when a State has ratified an international treaty such as the American Convention, the judges are forced to observe them. El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo principal, determinar la influencia del Sinceramiento Contable de la cuenta Servicios y otros Contratados por Anticipado en la razonabilidad del Estado de Situación Financiera. El diseño de esta investigación fue lineal de un solo conjunto, con observación antes de aplicar el sinceramiento contable y después de éste.
