This study investigates the current profiles of the amicus curiae and its importance in the unfolding of constitutional justice. Also analyzes its usefulness as a tool for citizen participation feasible in the judicial debate around issues of institutional and social interest, and assesses its contribution to qualitative argument acquis domestic and international human rights courts, on the basis of growth interaction spaces Constitutional law, Constitutional Litigation and International Law of Human Rights.

This paper examines capital increase by credit compensation in stock corporations, regulatedby article 202 LGS, in terms of one of the most controversial issues that Spanishdoctrine has raised: its legal status. This issue brings significant legal consequences inour system. This paper has a brief introduction about the functionality and the structureof the operation, a preliminary issue about what we actually look for when we ask forthe legal status of a phenomenon, an analysis of the theories proposed to determinethis in credit compensation and, finally, an opinion about it.

From a dogmatic perspective, the public limited company is viewed as an intuitu pecuniaecorporate. Although this view is taken until today for most of the Peruvian doctrineand jurisprudence, a review of our corporate law allow us to discard that characterfrom this corporate type. This has major implications for the admissibility of certainconditions in statutes, not expressly provided in Peruvian law, insofar as that theyare not incompatible with its legal status. This paper defends the non-essentiality ofintuitu pecuniae characteristic of public limited companies, by treating about essentialelements of corporate forms in Peruvian law.

This article analyzes climate change from a historical perspective. Therefore, it begins with a summary of the background and evolution of the approach taken by academics and authorities in this regard. All of that is framed within the challenges presented in order to face the consequences that global warming will bring to the human population, especially in the Peruvian case. With that purpose, it puts emphasis on the most urgent aspects and the proposals made about the problem. Finally, it discusses the measures taken during the meetings conducted by different countries and international organizations in order to generate compromises which allow the viability of reducing climate change and its effects.

La presente investigación tiene como objetivo analizar la relación entre la transformación digital y los servicios de usuarios en la ciudad de Lima en 2023, se realizó esta investigación, con una metodología cuantitativa no experimental con una población censal de 39 colaboradores. La recopilación de datos fue a través de un cuestionario de 18 preguntas, la confiabilidad fue de 0.846. Los resultados mostraron que el 61.5% de los encuestados tenía un alto conocimiento sobre la transformación digital, el 71.8% de los encuestados tenía un alto conocimiento sobre la calidad del servicio, la importancia era igual a 0.914 y la correlación de Rho Spearman fue -0.018. La conclusión es rechazar hipótesis alternativas y aceptar cero, por lo tanto, no existe una relación entre las variables que también se correlacionan débilmente.

El propósito del presente trabajo investigación fue determinar la influencia del aditivo sika viscocrete -3330, en la resistencia a la compresión del concreto f´c= 350 Kg/cm², a edades tempranas de 3, 5, 7,14 y 28 días; para esto se tuvo dos grupos de muestras uno de control y el otro experimental.
