The article seeks to establish, to some extent, the concepts of the teaching that faculty handles. Also, it tries to demystify some “truths” and stereotypes about teaching and that some sectors of the university teachers are still expressing. It also stresses the fact that for exercise teaching it is required a prior preparation since the intuitive education now is not only inappropriate but even dangerous. University teachers need a double profession: the profession itself and that provided by specific teacher preparation for aspects of teaching and pedagogy. Finally, it clearly differentiates the various levels of intervention in the classroom: the presentation, the giving of classes and teaching, stating clearly that to give classes and teaching is not the same thing. The first is often amateurish work obliged and the second is effective and illustrated expertise.

This article discusses the importance of ethical legal rules and actions of judges and civil servants in Mexico for the evidentiary due process. It focuses on ethics in law, particularly in the administrative public function. The research applies the deductive method, connecting the philosophical theory and procedural aspects. Documentary sources such as national legislation and legal literature are used to support arguments. The aim is to justify the need for codes of ethics in the public power, primarily in the administrative public function. The conclusions confirm this statement.

In recent decades, the reflection on the teaching practices has been considered as an important means among the teacher trainers. Nevertheless, chilean research note that the universities of this country have not achieved that students of Teaching Programs may develop reflections on their pedagogical procedures systematically. The notion of analytical process is essential to understand the task of theoretical research in Economic Science, because it is explicable only those items that can be expressed as a process. The explanation for a set of social facts related to any economic activity only can be performed with a theory, which arises considering an analytical process. The complexity of social reality must be simplified by abstraction, this requires to recognize two fundamental notions: the aritmomorphic and the adduction. The issues raised in this paper are based on the epistemological proposal developed by Georgescu-Roegen.

The present work study aimed at evaluating the accuracy of the computerized algorithm included in the TaurusWebs ® software, which allows to calculate the percent of crude protein (% CP) in the dry matter of grasses, from images of grasslands taken by a drone with Red Green Blue – RGB- cameras. The %PC measurements calculated by the algorithm were compared to a reference, Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy (NIRS), from the Corpoica (Agrosavia) Laboratory calibrated for grasses. El presente artículo analiza el impacto de las Tertulias Pedagógicas Dialógicas (TPD) como práctica educativa de éxito en un contexto universitario, favoreciendo así otras formas de aprender alejadas de las clases magistrales. Durante cuatro cursos académicos se ha analizado el desarrollo de las intervenciones de 87 estudiantes de tercer curso del grado de Educación Social. Por un lado, se diseñó un cuestionario, cuyos datos se analizaron de forma cuantitativa y, por otro lado, se llevó a cabo un análisis cualitativo de los relatos de los estudiantes en las sesiones de TPD y de entrevistas en profundidad, estableciéndose cuatro categorías de análisis. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the genesis or emergence, within the Peruvian literary system, of a self-reflective literary discourse whose aim is to present the writing process of a work from the point of view of its author. In order to clarify the features and strategies found in this particular type of discourse, we analyze the case of Historia secreta de una novela (1971) [The Secret History of a Novel], an essay by Mario Vargas Llosa. Finally, the main characteristics of this type of discourse are specified, such as the presence of a dialogical, autobiographical, prescriptive or testimonial component, at a micro-discourse level.

No una, sino muchas muertes and Los inocentes, are two novels have in common the appearance of the teenage character in a marginal environment. In the analysis of these common elements we see the process of construction of adolescent identity, which has the feature that the bottom of identity, the most subjective and intimate subject, is determined by the shape, that would be the body teenager. Therefore, we tested the concept of reflective body, as the body that being outside and being under the gaze of others, generates the necessary reflection so that there is a predominance of the subject on the community.

Assessment is a key aspect of the teaching and learning process. Objective. To construct and validate questionnaires on reflective practice and practicing teacher professional development. Method. It was a psychometric study of content validity and reliability through the application of a pilot test. 20 expert judges participated in the first measure. Data were processed by Aiken's V coefficient, confirming values by dimensions. Results. For the professional development variable, the values were: pedagogical = 0.97, social personal = 0.96, and institutional = 0.98.
