Los pacientes que cuentan con el Seguro Integral de Salud para ser atendidos por especialistas de un servicio, tienen que acercarse a su centro de salud a ser diagnosticados por un médico general, el cual después de realizar la evaluación del diagnóstico, este profesional de la salud indica si amerita o no una derivación a un hospital de mayor complejidad. Si el paciente amerita la derivación, el médico general llena un formato de referencia de manera escrita, con la información necesaria para su atención en el establecimiento destino, pero como estos formatos son manuales no tienen una evaluación previa de los campos ingresados por lo que muchos de los profesionales médicos obvia campos que son importantes para continuar con el tratamiento. Starting in July 2018 the ORCR was implemented in the IPRESS-DIRIS Lima Norte using the REFCON instrument that includes five processes, three of which occur in the IPRESS of destiny. Objective: To characterize the references of IPRESS I-4 whose destiny were DIRIS Lima Norte and time to appointment of the encounters. Methods: A cross- sectional study was carried-out from May to October 2019 including seven IPRESS I-4. References by age, sex and specialty were analyzed as well as time to appointment. Statistics for means and proportions were calculated using Stata v.16. Results: A total of 19,951 references from seven IPRESS were included in the analysis. The most common age group was 30-59 years (39.22%): women accounted for 67.04%. We excluded from the final analysis 2,714 references for not having information on time to appointment. Background: Bibliographic references support our investigations. Analysis of their use identifies both the information socialization process and how it is built. Objective: To describe bibliography source characteristics that support published investigations in Peruvian biomedical journals. Design: Bibliometric study. In this paper, systematically describes the technology developed in this laboratory for the analysis of skeletal muscle taken as an expression of the cellular phase of the organism, which is a great tool for future research on the changes that would occur in the middle intracellular during various pathological processes, or in many other biological problems. In our particular case, and as part of the curriculum of renal failure, we want to establish, if it, the biochemistry of intracellular environment changes, as with the extracellular environment, or if its composition is more or less independent of renal function.

This paper highlighted the discussion about the environmental matters over the criminal proceeding. This article analyzes the Organic Law on Higher Education of Ecuador with regards to the links and the aspects that force the Higher Education Institutions to act on the expectations and needs of the community, considering the national planning, the development regime, the worldwide scientific, humanistic and technological improvement, and the cultural diversity in the country. The importance of the relation with the community is described and it is highlighted as the strongest indicator of universities categorization at the present time. For that effect, some ideas are provided on how a comprehensive working model should be structured for effective linkage among the university, business and community, using as reference the Academic Unit of Business Science.

This paper sets out to analyze some new rules of the New Criminal Procedure Code linked with the regulation of the civil action exercise in the criminal proceeding. The author indicates that the civil liability that is required in the criminal proceeding does not derivate from a commission of a crime: the crime has the penalty as a consequence and the civil wrong a civil penalty. The civil actor has to be interested on the existence of a damage, not that the fact that it is based on be a crime. The conquest of the letter meant for the Quechua speakers experimentation and exploration of new forms of expression. This has happened to half of the twentieth century, when in Cusco and Huanta spread the first stories and poems written by Quechuas writers. We propose that these narratives have been consolidated at the end of the twentieth century and at the beginning of the century, as independent manifestations that attain the conformation of a corpus impressive as well as representative. This research aims to increase the visibility of narrative Quechua’s corpus therefore, we take as a reference temporary 19802015 and sets its studies in the Quechua production of Peru. These narratives are part of the country’s modernization from the XX century; essentially written manifestations not their oral forms, although inevitably we will link to them.

The Soxhlet method in extracting plasticizers from PVC compounds presents various areas for improvement, such as the amount of solvent used, the time required in the process, and its costs. This study proposes replacing the Soxhlet method with the ultrasound-assisted method to reduce the time, costs, and amount of solvent used in plasticizer extraction. It also proposes using solvent recovered from previous extractions to reduce costs further. This study investigates creativity and the creative process in Advertising Agencies in Brazil. The objective was to identify how the Copywriter and the Art Director operate strategies aimed at brainstorming in the ideation of advertising campaigns to reach insight. A qualitative study was carried out through semi-structured interviews designed based on the literature, applied to advertising who work in the areas. The study of Multiple Cases was used being the analysis of the collected data elaborated through the technique of content analysis based on Bardin (2010) and structured in the ATLAS.ti software.
