The matrimonial property regime is a crucial aspect of family law, since it regulates the management of property, rights and obligations between the spouses. Article 295 of the Peruvian Civil Code of 1984 establishes that future spouses may choose between two property regimes: community property and separate property. Under the first regime, property acquired during the marriage is considered social property, the purpose of which is to support the household economy and prioritise family interests. On the other hand, under the separation of property regime, each spouse retains individual ownership of his or her assets. In this work, the author carries out an exhaustive analysis of the matrimonial property regime, examining the key points of both regimes and providing relevant information for a more complete understanding of the subject.

El objetivo de la presente investigación fue evaluar el comportamiento mecánico del concreto adicionado con virutas de acero oxidadas y concreto simple. Las virutas de acero oxidadas se cortaron en medidas longitudinales de 1”, 1.5” y 2” para ser adicionadas al concreto en 2%, 3% y 4% respecto al peso del cemento. Para tal fin, se indujo a las virutas de acero a un proceso de sumersión en agua potable durante 3h, posteriormente se colocaron a temperatura de ambiente para su secado natural durante 48h, lo cual finalmente se obtuvo un grado de oxidación de 1% y 2%, además, se generó un aspecto rugoso en su superficie que favoreció la adherencia entre esta y los componentes del concreto. Evalúa el efecto protector de las barreras térmicas a altas temperaturas sobre la superaleación de níquel de ZhS6F. El propósito del trabajo: estudiar los cambios en la microestructura del recubrimiento de barrera de pulverización térmica de plasma y el recubrimiento de barrera de deposición física de vapor de arco eléctrico, para lo cual se evaluó el estado inicial y después de la operación a largo plazo. En el proceso de trabajo, se utilizó la teoría de los recubrimientos a altas temperaturas, el material base de la superaleación de níquel, los métodos de deposición y los métodos de análisis para la evaluación del recubrimiento. This study analyzes the psychometric structure of the CAPE- R scale, which assesses the beliefs about the educational process in rural teachers; explores the teacher´s profile, and analyzes the significant differences between the beliefs according to sociodemographic variables. The sample included 150 rural teachers from Mendoza, Argentina. The exploratory factor analysis yielded a factorial structure made up of four factors that explained a 44.19% of the variance of responses to the test. Internal consistency coefficients ranged from .74 to .85. The data show a predominance of difficulties in the educational process dimension (M=2.83; DE=.69), the only dimension that reached a significant association with the educational level of the classes (F =4.77, p<.05).

This paper explores the generation process of human capital in a dynamic perspective. In order to do so: a) characterizes the recent evolution of human capital, using as proxy the same results panel of participating countries in PISA; b) explores different specifications of the production function of human capital capable of generating dynamic patterns observed; and c) shows the ability of different specifications econometric literature usually employed to correctly detect the structure of the production function. This article discusses the importance of the application of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) in Ecuador using the group of accounts called: Property, Plant and Equipment (PP&E) revaluation. To do this, we analyze conceptually how financial statements should be reported and recorded at fair value, considering some countries in the world where there is significant progress in this area, we review models and revaluation techniques that allow us to understand technical procedures. The growing interest in finding sustainable alternatives in the construction industry and brick manufacturing process has promoted the efficient reuse of sources such as ashes from various materials. Therefore, the study aimed to determine the effect of Apacharama bark ashes (ABA) on the physical-mechanical properties of solid bricks. The study sample for the tests consisted of 72 units, with varying percentages of ABA addition (5 %, 7.5 %, and 10 %). Physical and mechanical properties, such as water absorption, warping, and axial compressive strength (per unit, stack, and wall), and diagonal compressive strength (wall), were analyzed. The test results revealed that the addition of 10 % ABA improves both axial and diagonal compressive strength. It has been studied a sample of the Tuxtuac meteorite, which was classied as an ordinary chondrite. It was applied three analytical techniques. Thus, energy dispersive X-ray uorescence allowed us to identify iron, nickel and cobalt, which form the structure of the kamacite and taenite minerals. Likewise, X-rays diractometry allowed us to recognize the presence of the structural phases of the silicates olivine, pyroxene and orthopyroxene. Furthermore, 57Fe transmission Mössbauer spectroscopy indicated the presence of two magnetic sextets. One was assigned to troilite and the other, to goethite.
