This study evaluates the application of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Lean methodologies in the Peruvian agricultural sector, focusing on asparagus packing operations. To this end, it develops an innovative model with the objective of increasing the productivity of asparagus packing, one of the main problems of the Peruvian agricultural industry. Through the application of an autonomous and preventive maintenance strategy, it seeks to eliminate untimely stops in the asparagus processing line. Meanwhile, with the implementation of standardized work, the aim is to eliminate activities that do not add value and downtime. The objective of the research is to allocate the time saved, thanks to the improvement, to the production activity by increasing the efficiency that allows the greatest number of tasks to be carried out without altering the quality of the product. The main causes found thanks to the study carried out were the non-existence of a labeling system, lack of space, incorrect information system and storage equipment in poor condition. This in order to carry out an analysis and a subsequent proposal for each stage: Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu and Shitsuke. Applying the method of pressure swing distillation (PSD) we obtained (97 % v/v) ethanol starting from 95 % v/v ethanol, which shows that the ethanol-water azeotrope has been broken in this study. Experimental work to achieve the final product was carried out operating !he column in two stages or modes, these being: (1) Low pressure distillation (LPD), and (2) High pressure distillation (HPO). In the first operating mode, a low degree industrial alcohol (80 % v/v ethanol) is fed to a bench scale distillation column packed with Mellapack structure, where (95 % v/v) ethanol is obtained, working at atmospheric pressure. Then product collected in !he first stage is fed to the reboiler, and !he HPD process takes place to get 97 % (v/v) ethanol. La presente tesis realiza una investigación sobre la problemática del proceso de packing de arándanos en una planta agroindustrial peruana líder en la exportación de arándanos, con el objetivo de analizar e identificar las falencias durante la campaña 2022 – 2023 y posteriormente plantear alternativas de solución, las cuales incrementen su productividad, reduzcan costos y mejoren la capacidad de producción. El análisis evidenció altos costos de mano de obra, paradas de línea, alta rotación de mano de obra y deficiencia de máquinas y equipos. The aim of this study was to biomechanically analyze the skin of canine corpses chemically prepared with ethyl alcohol and curing salt, and vacuum packed, for the practice of veterinary surgery, in addition to obtaining the microbiological evaluation that may occur during the process. Eight canine corpses, weighing 7.96 ± 1.48 kg, were used. The animals were injected with 120 ml/kg of a solution of 20% sodium chloride, 1% nitrite and 1% sodium nitrate, and 150 ml/kg of alcohol with 5% glycerin and kept in vacuum-plastic bags at temperature between 0 and 4 °C. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo diseñar una propuesta de implementación de la herramienta de Lean Manufacturing 5’S para mejorar la eficiencia de los procesos de Packing de uva, en la Empresa ECOSAC. La metodología empleada en la investigación es de tipo aplicada, de nivel descriptivo, con un enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental. Las técnicas que se utilizaron fue la observación, entrevista, encuesta, ficha de verificación y análisis documental. El objetivo de este Proyecto es determinar la viabilidad de la inversión en una planta empacadora de uva Red Globe en el departamento de La Libertad, específicamente en el distrito de Casa Grande. La razón de este proyecto proviene de la oportunidad de una creciente demanda del mercado estadounidense de uvas de alta calidad. Se realizó la proyección de oferta y demanda la cual nos permitió definir la capacidad de planta para satisfacer el mercado objetivo. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación de la aplicación del valor neto realizable de la NIC 2 Inventarios en la rentabilidad de la empresa PackSol SRL 2022-2023. El enfoque fue cuantitativo, descriptivo – correlacional, se aplicó un análisis documental. En base al análisis realizado se obtuvo como resultado que los costos de inventarios en el periodo 2022 fue de S/ 1,080,283, en dicho periodo la empresa no realizaba la aplicación del VNR (Valor Neto Realizable) debido a la falta de estandarización en los procesos de valoración de inventarios, así como deficiencias en la capacitación del personal encargado de realizar los cálculos correspondientes. Scallion (Allium fistulosum) is a highly perishable green vegetable due to its moisture content, its high metabolic rate and their poor conditions of post-harvest during to harvest and transport. The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between visual deterioration´s product and changes generated in the mechanical and acoustic properties of the same. The scallion grown in Aquitania, Boyacá Colombia was stored under different conditions of storing: vacuum packed (10 mbar) and unpacked (HR 68%) and storage temperature 4 ºC and 16 ºC until deterioration by visual appearance. The processing parameters that maximize the pulp yield and the stability of the ungurahui nectar were evaluated by means of the Taguchi and Response Surface methodologies. The raw material used came from the town of Yurimaguas, Loreto Region - Peru, and was subjected to weighing, selection, classification, washing, disinfecting, maturing, pulping, refining, filtering, standardized (to formulate the nectar), pasteurized, packed, cooled and stored processes.
