En el presente trabajo analizaré la parte sustancial, así como lo procesal en los expedientes judiciales, que implicara estudiar las etapas procesales y otras figuras jurídicas aplicables de acuerdo al caso. In this paper, the technical, financial and legal feasibility of employing solar cogeneration for the food industry sector in Peru will be demonstrated. In consequence, we will quantify the electric and thermal energy obtained from a conventional Rankine cycle, with the particularity that the water used to condense the steam that exits the turbine will be employed for the required processes in the industrial plants, because of the high temperature obtained from the heat exchange with the steam. La presente tesis tiene como objetivo, mediante el apoyo y la aplicación de Estudio de Métodos, realizar un correcto diagnóstico, llevar a cabo el levantamiento de información y análisis de la situación actual de la empresa fabricante de máquina de perforación diamantina; así como también el diseño, desarrollo y propuesta de mejoras en cada una de las áreas que formen parte del proceso como alcance de la investigación. The problem posed in this investigation is that a mutual fund management company maintained traditional processes of subscription and redemption of quotas in the funds, which caused great economic inefficiencies and discontent among clients. That is why the objective of this research was to propose a proposal to improve customer service processes through the application of a digital transformation through agile methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean Startup through quasi-experimental practical research. In this way, it was possible to increase profits and customer experience. After the implementation, it was evidenced that thanks to this, the number of AUMs and participants increased by +15% per month and +55%, since the implementation, respectively, translating, later, into higher profits for the company (+10%).

In this research the problem is the generation of wastage in the home dispatch (HD) process and in the reverse logistics of a retail sector company, so its main objective will be to reduce them. The DMAIC methodology was used for process improvement. The engineering tools used correspond to Lean Six Sigma such as process standardization and Poka Yoke. After simulating the improvement proposal with the Arena software, the main results obtained were, at 95% confidence, the reduction in the number of reentries, wastage, and absenteeism, as evidenced by the decrease in the confidence interval limits.
