In 2018, the Ministry of Tourism of Ecuador (MINTUR) signed an agreement with the Secretariat of Tourism of Mexico (SECTUR) for the implementation and development of the Pueblos Mágicos Ecuador - 4 Mundos Development Program. After three years of operation and taking into account the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the objective of this work is to analyze the tourist offer and promotion to determine the current status of the implementation of the Magic Towns Ecuador program. La investigación tuvo como objetivo proponer mejoras a la gestión del almacén y seguimiento de los procesos de la empresa de suministros San Juan de Lurigancho. Permitir optimizar la gestión de la mejora del abastecimiento, tanto por importación como por producción propia, de insumos industriales. En consecuencia, fue verificado la presencia de problemas en el desarrollo de los procedimientos para el abastecimiento adecuado y entrega oportuna de los insumos, debido a la incomodidad generada por instalaciones inadecuadas.

Objetivos: Desarrollar un sistema de seguimiento solar adaptativo para paneles solares fotovoltaicos que no necesitan una configuración inicial. Métodos: Se utilizó el método estructuralista, en el cual se observa la realidad, se construye modelos y se analiza la estructura. Se utilizaron bloques de programación del controlador lógico programable (PLC) y de modelos de mecanismos para construir el modelo del seguidor solar; además se aplicó teorías de ingeniería de control como la estabilidad de sistemas dinámicos y control adaptativo. This article presents the application of the non-parametric Random Forest method through supervised learning, as an extension of classification trees. The Random Forest algorithm arises as the grouping of several classification trees. Basically it randomly selects a number of variables with which each individual tree is constructed and predictions are made with these variables that will later be weighted through the calculation of the most voted class of these trees that were generated, to finally do the prediction by Random Forest. For the application, we worked with 3168 recorded voices, for which the results of an acoustic analysis are presented, registering variables such as frequency, spectrum, modulation, among others, seeking to obtain a pattern of identification and classification according to gender through a voice identifier. This paper presents estimates of the discard excess catch in the industrial purse seine fisheries of the North-Center stock of the Peruvian anchoveta (Engraulis ringens). Discard excess catch is defined as the portion of the catch that is thrown into the sea when has captured more than the hold capacity can store. The analysis is based on the “On-board observer of the purse seine vessels program” led by the Instituto del Mar del Peru (IMARPE), and in the period 2005 – 2014, 5837 trips were sampled, corresponding to 1.6% of the total trips. The methodologies used in the discard excess catch estimation were: Generalized Linear Model (GLM) and Delta Model. Cotton crops were one of the most important during the 50 and 80 decades in Northern Sinaloa, Mexico from the economical point of view. However, external factors such as monoculture and sanitary issues caused its disappearance. Due to the need of diversifying the actual pattern of crops grown in the zone, a great possibility of re-growing cotton crop exists. Actually, there is lack of updated information about irrigation and agronomic management practices of the crop. In order to contribute to a new crop planning, an integral programming model was used to estimate planting dates and windows as well as irrigation planning at different operation levels. This paper proposes a model for faculty development based on individual and societal needs.Design and implementation stages of the program are described in detail and followed by discussion of the importance of enough government support, university leaders’ commitment to efficient administration of funds and the implementation of programs that produced the changes needed by society.

El presente artículo tiene como objetivo proponer un criterio cuantitativo para evaluar la viabilidad de implementar soluciones basadas en programación lineal para resolver el problema de ruteo de vehículos (VRP). Se utilizó un diseño experimental para medir el tiempo relativo de solución con un modelo de programación lineal propuesto. La muestra utilizada fue aleatoria utilizando tres escenarios de dispersión de puntos de entrega: poco dispersos, dispersos y muy dispersos. Se utilizó un solver de programación lineal con el objetivo de determinar el tiempo y las iteraciones necesarias para encontrar la solución del modelo. COVID-19 has caused an economic crisis in the business world, leaving limitations in the continuity of the payment chain, with companies resorting to credit access. This study aimed to determine the optimal machine learning predictive model for the credit risk of companies under the Reactiva Peru Program because of COVID-19.
