Objective: tomography (MCT). Materials and methods: This was a descriptive, retrospective cross-sectional study. The sample was made up of 238 MCT studies performed in patients of both sexes between 20 to 87 years of age, with indication of tomography of the craniofacial complex. The length of the SHC was measured in lateral views of 3D volumetric reconstructions. The distribution of these cases was obtained according to age, sex, laterality, type, and the reason for the examination. Results: The mean length of the SHC was 30.66 ± 10.58 mm. Of the total sample, 127 (53.4%) individuals showed an elongated SHC; of these, 63.8% were women and 64.6% of the patients presented a bilateral compromise of the complex. Los ríos amazónicos forman una red compleja y altamente dinámica, donde el comportamiento fluvial está determinado por controles geomorfológicos e hidrológicos.. Dentro de esta red, los ríos se clasifican en dos tipos principales, meándricos, con alta sinuosidad y migración lateral, y anabranching, con múltiples canales e islas internas. Para analizar la variabilidad interna entre secciones fluviales, se llevó a cabo un estudio planimétrico multitemporal en la cuenca alta del Amazonas: Huallaga, Ucayali, Marañón, Amazonas, Napo, Japurá, Putumayo, Juruá y Yavarí. Due to digital revolution, mass media has a great presence in people's lives. Hence, there is a prevailing media culture of incessant and changing information. This generates the need to develop a media literacy to be taught as part of a media competence in Peruvian classrooms. The central methodology used was the systematic review of publications related to the objective theme, leveraged in the use of the historical-logical and analysis-synthesis methods; that allowed to systematize the causes that condition this socio-cultural phenomenon from a multifactorial analysis, which describes the basic factors that condition the demographic problem in question. Social media has established itself as an important source for accessing information and news. Although international studies have explored the impact of these platforms, research in Peru is still scarce. The objective of this study is to investigate whether the variables of gender and age are statistically associated with news consumption on social media. Using a representative sample of the online adult population (N = 2005), this article focuses on six platforms: Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, and WhatsApp. The descriptive and inferential analysis, based on the Rao-Scott chi-square statistical test, revealed significant differences by gender on most of the examined platforms, with male users preferring YouTube and X for news consumption, and the female segment leaning towards TikTok and Instagram. This paper offers the results of a content analysis on how Spanish media are using the 360º video feature. Unlike other conventional ways of storytelling, this new modality provides the viewer with a sensation of being really present in a reality that is only being represented, which favors a deeper and more meaningful understanding of it. The study consists of a sample of 147 360º video features produced by 19 Spanish media between January 2015 and December 2017. The results confirm a slight increase in the number of publications in 2017 and a preference for using this format to cover social issues. The main purpose of these features seems to be to show the events in their context. The use of the several techniques to increase the sense of presence is still low.

The implementation of educational proposals, supported by the use of audiovisual media (AM) is abundant. However, beyond the development of good practices, it appears a complex process of production, functionality and sustainability, which ends up defining its long-term success or failure. Childhood is a key stage in the assimilation of values and behavioural patterns that shape identity. Among the socializing agents that influence this complex process are the audiovisual media. Therefore, the products that are made available to children and the protection of the child from harmful contents are essential to complete the training process in such a sensitive period of cognitive development. The case of the private media confiscated in Ecuador at the beginning of Rafael Correa’s presidency (2007 – 2017) led to complex economic, legal, and professional circumstances for the media companies and their journalists. This paper aims to share a broad and documented perspective on the origin and development of the issue at hand by combining three methods for its approach: the historical method, analysis of media policies and in-depth interviews. The article presents the main features of the Peruvian radio and television market, and emphasizes the levels of concentration of advertising investment, frequency control and the regulatory framework tailored to the media groups. It also analyzes the possibilities of economic sustainability, growth and modernization of much of the local and regional media in a world context characterized by accelerated technological changes, and new habits and styles of consumption of the audiences. Transmedia communication has achieved an important evolution and relevance in the last years, being considered by producers and organizations as a key strategy in the development of new projects, known through a diversity of media and platforms. At the same time, this process is influenced by a participative culture made up the prosumers. In this paper, we want to know how and what contribution brings the variety of media in the construction of transmedia worlds. Therefor it is planted as object of study the media ecosystem of Marvel´s Civil War; the comic began as a crossover and now it can be considered one of the transmedia storytelling more complete and complex cases in relation with the multiplicity of media involved.

The aim of the study is to describe the images that accompanied information about the Covid-19 pandemic, vaccination and treatment of the virus in the following digital news media: ABC, Deia, EITB.eus, El Correo, elDiario.es, El Mundo, La Razón, La Vanguardia, Naiz and Público (2020-2022). A sample of 15,654 single images was studied, of which 15 clusters were identified with Artificial Intelligence techniques, including the algorithm Inception V3. El presente artículo pretende mostrar lo complejo y crítico que fue el descubrimiento y asimilación del pensamiento de Aristóteles por parte de los pensadores cristianos del Medioevo, que significó, por una parte, el triunfo de la teología cristiana, al convertir el aristotelismo en un instrumento para la profundización de las verdades cristianas, lo que originó una sólida teología católica que perdura hasta hoy. Pero, por otra parte, significó también el quiebre de la armonía entre fe y razón que existía en el seno del Medioevo, que no se ha vuelto a recuperar en la civilización occidental, pues la obra de Aristóteles significaba una filosofía y una teología independientes del dogma cristiano.
