This article seeks to be a source of knowledge and help students and teachers, from the synthesis of the personal college student’s experience in developing their learning to the teaching of natural sciences at the secondary level. In addition, during the development of this article, there are some of the advantages and limitations encountered at this stage of studies contrasted with the reality of education in our country, and it provides a global vision and a neutral point of view about the problems faced by many students during the university life, which often has not been able to be transmitted in its entirety, however, through this document it seeks to break these patterns and improve communication between the authorities and students.

The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the possibility of resuming the counting of the limitation period (Article 1997 of the Peruvian Civil Code), interrupted with the filing of the lawsuit, when the negligence of the plaintiff materializes in the labor judicial process and, specifically, when the process ends due to the non-attendance of the parties to the hearings scheduled in the first instance of the labor judicial process. It is proposed to carry out an analysis of interpretation –using the method of ratio legis for rules involved to verify whether the negligence described is comparable to abandonment of the process and, therefore, constitutes a case of ineffectiveness of the interruption of the limitation period.

However, there is a paucity of studies that systematically and critically analyze the social processes underlying CfD interventions and their impact on the social significance of beneficiary communities. This article presents a narrative review of the literature on CfD, with the aim of identifying the main theoretical and methodological approaches that have addressed this topic, as well as the main limitations and challenges facing research in this field. In these lines, we will analyze the most relevant aspects of the regulation of wiretapping in the Spanish procedural system. The current regulation, product of a reform operated in 2015, incorporates a copious jurisprudence and it responds to the need to safeguard the democratic quality of our procedural system through an adequate respect for the principle of legality. The reform, which incorporated other technological investigation measures, contains relevant aspects such as the objective and subjective scope, the content of the judicial resolution or the definition of the guiding principles for the adoption of the measure.

The design and optimization of space, as well as visual merchandising, are techniques that impact the sale new concepts such as omnicanality and buying experience are fed by data analytics in order to describe the commercial mode; and new qualitative sources of information, among them color theory, specially help to understand and predict the impact of future decisions on the point of sale. This paper describes the utility of image processing techniques to innovate the retail market in the effort to extract useful information from advertising pieces frequently used in this sector.

Objective: Evaluate the characteristics of the proposal for the improvement of administrative management processes in at university institution with world-class planning systems of business resources (ERP), 2016. Method: The type of research is descriptive, quasi-experimental and transversal design was used. Two questionnaires were administered: Current processes of its administrative management and Enterprise Resource Planning Systems (ERP); also, a survey to determine the security of your information based on ISO 17799, providing data that generated a basis in SPSS v.20 processed with Factor Analysis. Since the growing health crisis produced by COVID-19, our economic, social, and judicial environment has undergone several changes. Among these changes are the measures adopted by the judiciary to continue protecting rights and to continue with «normality» in its own work. This article comments on Directive No. 007-2020-CE-PJ approved by Administrative Resolution of the Executive Council of the Judiciary No. 000167-2020-CE-PJ, which implemented the «Simplified and Virtual Process of Food for Children and Adolescents». Indeed, it will be analyzed its main scopes and relevant modifications with regards to the traditional process. Likewise, the experience of the Superior Court of Justice of La Libertad with respect to the implementation of the virtual form of food demand will be taken into consideration.

Software development involves a high volume of data transfer between web-based applications and the end-user; this requires implementing them using new web technologies. This work contributes to developing a web-based application to improve the process management of the security company UNICEPRI, integrating suitable elements such as the Laravel frameworks for the backend and VueJs for the frontend, and the database manager MariaDB. This study investigated how advertisers from the creation area of large advertising agencies perceive and characterize their creative process. Thirteen Brazilian professionals were interviewed using semi-structured interviews. Data were analyzed by content analysis. Results indicate that several stages of the creative process overlap, such as the incubation period of one job functioning as the preparation for the next. Motivating factors include pleasure of the act of creating, media visibility and its social reach. Limiting factors include the agencies’ excessive departmentalization, reduced deadlines, and the clients’ subjectivity influencing the advertisement approval.

This article presents the virtues and results of the order for payment process applied in other latitudes to show that it is a process that, far from the discussion of its legal nature, manages to resolve conflicts submitted to this in a reasonable time. Then, the minor labor processes that are processed under Law No. 29497 are analyzed. It is concluded that these processes can be adapted or submitted to the order for payment process, which would allow their processing and resolution to be carried out within a reasonable time, thus achieving the speed proclaimed by the new labor procedural law.
