In this paper aspects of the development of the dialectical psychology are presented as a theoretical-conceptual orientation and as a way of professional practice for psychologists. Ways of expression of dialectical psychology are expose, analyzing and synthesizing key points relating human emancipation. It's an effort for potentate the psychology science with new models, better strategies and more effective instruments. It's considered that the purpose of dialectical psychology is to develop an emancipator project, as an open task with future perspective in the 50th anniversary of psychology in Peru.

This paper focus on implementation of communication strategies developed in the Rehabilitation of Potable Water and Sewerage Network Lote 3 project, executed between 2013 and 2014 in the district of Comas, north of Lima-Peru, and belonging to the Servicio de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de Lima (SEDAPAL), company responsible for water and sewage in Lima. As a result, it could be observed that the implementation of a diagnosis of perceptions, the communication plan and the communication and education products allowed to facilitate the design of messages according to the context of the project, taking into account the speeches of the users against and in favor of the project, as well as the objectives sought by the executing company.

El desarrollo, el día de hoy, está ligado a grandes proyectos: grandes carreteras que conectan regiones, plantas de todo tipo que generan recursos para las ciudades, redes de comunicación que unen al mundo, sólo por nombrar algunos ejemplos. Así, la dinámica misma del mercado de inversiones ha generado una figura como el Project Finance, que vuelve viable el financiamiento de grandes proyectos en un marco de seguridad financiera y bajos costos de transacción. Referirse a Project Finance,como señalan los autores, es finalmente hablar de nuestro propio desarrollo y de supuesta en marcha.

In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. The aim of this article is to present the processes that drive the phasic identity dynamics of social identity, allowing us to define simultaneously a representation of self and the personal and professional project. As a result, it implies differentiated levels of anchorages in the organizations, groups and society that contribute to shaping the self-project. We will illustrate this, thanks to cases and situations related to the context, autobiographical memory but also emotions, feeling of capacity and motivation. The study analyzes the various modernization projects at the Faculty of Medicine San Fernando, in the context of a serious institutional crisis at the end of the XXth century. Beginning from the thinking collective and thinking style categories proposed by Ludwick Fleck, we study the social and historical processes related to the different initiatives displayed in the ancient Peruvian school of medicine. La investigación es aplicativa con diseño pre experimental, se determinó como población y muestra los proyectos de enero a junio del 2017. The article presents the results of a qualitative research referred to the evaluation of the initial social project methodology, learning experience executed by the students within the framework of the curricular activities of the transversal plan of the Catholic University Silva Henriquez (UCSH). This methodology allows linking the life project of young people with the society project, that is, it is a strategy that is carried out in the field, contributing from the first year of university to the sense of a professional training that contributes to the construction of a more fair and fraternal society. The article raises the need to validate, through an evaluative strategy, this active and innovative methodology that allows significant learning in the field of higher education.
