The judicial process followed against César Vallejo is one of the most iconic cases of our legal system, as it not only resulted in the imprisonment of our universal poet but also took place when the foundations of our penal system were being reformed. In other words, the trial was an opportunity to demonstrate that our penal system evolved from an inquisitorial to an accusatorial system. Unfortunately, the opposite proved to be true: despite the change of code, the inquisitorial assumptions were unfairly applied against our universal poet with the purpose of ensuring his imprisonment during the instructive stage of the process, that is, before the relevant oral trial to determine his innocence. In this sense, this article seeks to demonstrate how the purpose of this first stage was undermined.

In social historical development, the base and foundation categories make up two different issues, but in turn, intrinsically connected. There is no object, field or social dimension beyond its reach. Perhaps, metaphorically speaking, base and foundation make up the seal and face of the same coin. The variables, categories, concepts, definitions, assumptions, judgments, reasoning and arguments are determined by their bases and foundations. In this article we intend to answer the questions What do we call base? And what do we call foundation? Two essential issues important for educational scientific research.

Disruptive technologies and their impact on journalism and communication force us to assume challenges in learning new techniques for data and information processing. Interdisciplinary knowledge is evident in the teaching of new professional profiles. Data journalism is an example of this, so the immersion into a data culture must be preceded by awareness in the learning of news applications, algorithms or the treatment of Big Data, elements that configure new paradigms among journalists of the media on the Internet. With the revision of texts, direct observation of selected applications and case study, some conclusions are established that contain a growing demand in the knowledge of new techniques. The results show the use of technological resources and the proposal of changes in the curricula of the communication faculties.

Objective. To identify limiting factors in the process of preparing a scientific research project in students of the nursing program at Universidad de Huanuco, 2019. Methods. It was an observational, prospective, and analytical study. Population sample comprised of 60 students. Measurement instruments were: interview guide with general characteristics of the sample. Two questionnaires, preparation of a research project and limiting factors, which were validated. For the statistical analysis, Chi-Square test of independence was used, Odds ratio (OR) estimation and p < 0.05 were performed. Results. Project preparation process in 53.3 % (32) was adequate. This is a comment about the situation of the children without parental care, who live institutionalized in the Residential Care Centers, for long periods of time, because their processes of Tutelary Research are not solved. When the children and teenagers cannot return to a family environment, their rights are infringed, especially the right to live in a family environment that contributes to their protection, development and wellbeing. It is an analysis created out of a job experience, about the situation lived by many children, even since they are born, to whom the system usually does not prioritize the resolution for their legal situation.

In Peru, the food industry represents 16.52% of GDP and bread is one of the foods that generated the highest consumption; however, despite the demand, bakery SMEs have a negative performance. Poor process management and methods are used affecting its pro- ductivity. Faced with this problem, SMEs in Europe are using the Lean Manufacturing methodology to optimize their processes. That is why this article proposes as a contribution the Lean-Deming Model, which includes tools such as Poka Yoke, Work Standardiza- tion, 5S and Deming Cycle. To validate this contribution, the model was developed in a bakery SME in Lima, Peru in its "pan frances" production line. This study presents an approach to the phonetic similarities and differences between a natural voice and an artificial voice, which is why it seeks to: (a) provide an analysis that serves as a precedent for judicial cases of voice cloning by artificial intelligence (AI) and (b) expose the importance of linguistics as a source of scientific evidence for the judicial system. Thus, the voice of the Argentine narrator Mariano Closs and his artificial counterpart created in FakeYou (text-to-speech converter) have been analyzed using the combined method that integrates the use of automatic voice analysis programs (Forensia and SIS II) and the phonetic analysis. The title of this investigation is “The efficiency of the of Encinas method in investigation competences learning”. There is a description of the investigation process, beginning with the sustentation and preparation of the problem, going through theory bases that will sustain the experimental experience, as well as the result and conclusions of the study. As it is stated in the introduction, the Encinas Method is a result of the union between two methodologies: cases study and workshop tutorial. The article considers the relationship of physical and cognitive development of children as well as the processes of memory and attention. They determine the readiness of a child for school education. The analysis of existing theories made it possible to single out the conditions for their development. There was conducted a study to check the level of memory and attention development of 6-7-year-old children. Diagnostic results showed that the vast majority of children showed an average level of memorization, and a low level of attention development. The article surveys the study of Latin American business politics, focusing on three main areas: The structure of business, the preferences of business, and its power in the political process. The structure of businesses in Latin America is distinct, with a larger share of small and informal firms, comparatively small large firms, and a dominant role of multinational corporations (MNCs) and economic groups. We argue that these structures are reflected in business preferences.
