The objective was to analyze the management of procedures and its implication in the labor insertion of graduates of the Avansys Private Technological Higher Education Institute; To achieve this, the methodology of qualitative evaluation with The Most Significant Change was used. Evidence that 27.3% were better qualified for a job position by having the title and 84.6% consider it necessary to obtain the title to enter the job market. It was concluded that the management of the institute's degree hinders the employment of graduates. The factor that makes the process difficult is the high cost and the delay in the process that exceeds the established time.

In the learning society, one of the challenges for teachers in training is the need to define and develop a set of professional skills in their initial training, essential for their subsequent entry into the labor market. In this work, the aim was to delve into the employability skills developed by students in the Primary Education undergraduate study program, their relevance for their process of socio-labor insertion, as well as their global perception to face it. An inter-university study was carried out with a total of 210 students in their final year at Universidad de Murcia and Universidade da Coruña, both Spanish. The collection of information was carried out on the basis of the previously validated Labor Counseling and Insertion Questionnaire. La inserción laboral y la inclusión educativa es un problema que afecta a jóvenes con discapacidad ya que se entremezcla dos situaciones sociales: la exclusión y la discriminación. El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo calcular el grado de relación existente entre la inclusión educativa y la inserción laboral en una población post adolescente afectada por la falta de audición en Chincha Alta. Labor insertion and educational inclusion is a problem that affects young people with disabilities as it intermingles two social situations: exclusion and discrimination. This paper aimed to calculate the degree of relationship between educational inclusion and job placement in a post-adolescent population affected by hearing loss in Chincha Alta. A descriptive-correlational study was designed with a sample of 106 young people who have a hearing impairment in the Chincha Alta district in Ica, to whom two instruments were applied to assess educational inclusion and job placement. We publish a text by Aníbal Quijano that aims to open up some questions related to the relations between society and the State in Latin America. The exploration of this problem has as its starting point the discussion of the question of “participation” in its two modalities: on the one hand, “self-management participation”, as the intervention of workers in the management of companies; and, on the other hand, the “participation” of the “social movements”, where their relations with the State are closely examined. This article looks at cocoa as an expression of socio-diversity and cultural heritage in the Tocantins Integration Region, in the state of Pará, and aims to analyze how the production of floodplain cocoa articulates ancestral knowledge, territoriality and market insertion. The research adopts a qualitative and quantitative approach, based on bibliographical and documentary analysis and fieldwork carried out with leaders of cooperatives and community associations on the islands of Angapijó (Mocajuba), Tamanduá Costa (Cametá), and Arauaia (Barcarena), located in the area's floodplain. The results indicate that floodplain cacao plays a significant role in generating income, environmental conservation, and preserving cultural identity. Objetivos. Sistematizar la evidencia sobre INTERVENCIONES DE ENFERMERIA EFICACES PARA PREVENIR COMPLICACIONES POST LA INSERCION DEL CATETER PERCUTANEO EN NEONATOS Materiales y Métodos: Revisión Sistemática observacional y retrospectivo, la búsqueda se ha restringido a artículos con texto completo, y los artículos seleccionados se sometieron a una lectura crítica, utilizando el sistema de Grade para identificar su grado de evidencia. A partir de uma experiência de estágio supervisionado, o presente trabalho objetiva refletir sobre a práxis do psicólogo no CRAS e compará-la com outras discussões já presentes na literatura. El análisis de las condiciones en las que se accede a la docencia universitaria es el punto de partida de este trabajo, cuyo asunto de interés central es el período de iniciación a la docencia.
