The use of atmospheric nitrogen-fixing rhizobia in symbiosis with legumes, and tolerant to a wide range of adverse conditions, such as drought, is a great potential in sustainable agriculture. Physalis peruviana L. "aguaymanto" is a Solanaceae highly prized in countries such as Peru, Colombia and Ecuador due to its high nutritional value and numerous medicinal properties. Its cultivation has high variability because it is propagated by seeds, which makes it necessary to maintain its homogeneous morphological and productive characteristics. This present study of experimental design had as aim determines the anti-inflammatory effect of Oenothera rosea (Yawar socco) in rats which were induced acute and chronic inflammation. The whole plant was dried at 38 °C in an oven with circulating air, ground and macerated with a mix ethanol/water (70:30)1. In this study the work of induction of microbial carbonate genesis was carried out in order to obtain an improvement in the consolidation of the materials used in construction such as mortars and paving stones, in order to confer them greater resistance and conservation. As a result of the tests carried out, it was found that the inclusion of a bacterial biomass culture formed by bacteria of the genus Bacillus sp., in the formulation of the mortar and paving stones, helped to increase the resistance to compression with Fc values. 266.3 kg/cm2 higher compared to the control of Fc 261.0 kg/cm2. The purpose of this article is to establish the processes of the modern Latin American tragic hero in four novels by the writer Gabriel García Márquez: One Hundred Years of Solitude, Love in the Time of Cholera, Of Love and Other Demons, and Chronicle of a Death Foretold.
