The implementation of a test method ensures the analytical reliability of the test result, reason why the present paper deals with the implementation of the analytical method described in the Standard Methods 3111 D - Direct Nitrous Oxide - Acetylene Flame Method for the determination of barium in the matrix of wastewater, using an atomic absorption spectrometer. It is implementation has the approach of the system of management of quality of testing laboratories ISO/IEC 17025: 2005, being evaluated statistical parameters: accuracy (trueness and precision), method detection limit, quantification limit, working range, linearity, sensitivity and robustness.

In this sense, the analysis is focused in the increased use of the hydraulic fracturing technique, better known as «fracking». In particular, the authors analyze the case of the refusal of some Spanish Autonomous Communities regarding the implementation of this technique and how the Central Government has faced that opposition.

We evaluate the use of SSCP (single strand conformational polymorphism), a relatively easy and inexpensive technique for the detection of point mutations with a sensibility around 80% under ideal conditions. To test the technique, we used samples of volunteers whose DNA had been previously characterized for the presence or absence of 5 mitochondrial RFLPs. Optimization of the tests included variations in TBE (1X and 0,5X) and of glycerol concentration (10%, 5% and no glycerol) in polyacrylamide gels. Four out of five RFLPs were detected under the conditions used and could be applied routinely without using restriction enzymes. In addition, the SSCP technique allowed detection of unknown mutations in a 394 bp nucleotide segment of the hypervariable (HVI) region of mtDNA. The recognition of people who lose their lives in natural disasters or accidents are complicated when the victims are total edentulous, therefore, the need to look for new forms of identification that are reliable and easy to be implemented. Taking into account this premise, a search of the information in the literature was carried out in order to demonstrate that the marking of dental prostheses is important in the recognition of people and that they can be implemented by the government of Peru. For which three marking techniques were chosen: QR code, Digital cards and Incorporation of metal band. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo implementar del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para disminuir el riesgo en la fabricación de carrocerías de la empresa Busa Vehículos Especiales S.A.C., 2020. Se utilizó la siguiente metodología: Lista de verificación de lineamiento del sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y el nivel de la documentación. La técnica que se utilizó en la encuesta y el instrumento es el cuestionario para encuesta de satisfacción de los colaboradores SST. In this work, a Field Oriented Control (FOC) scheme is developed for the speed of an induction motor. It begins with a brief history of the fundamental ideas that allowed the development of this type of control; what's nextis the study of the general principles of FOC. Below is an equivalent model of the induction motor associated with the FOC system; Next, simulation and implementation results are shown in which it is expected to observe the decoupling of the currents in field coordinates, the behavior ofthe stator currents, the very fast response of the electrical torque and the stable behavior of the speed, both in vacuum and in the presence of load. La electroencefalografía (EEG) es esencial para observar la actividad cerebral, ofreciendo información no invasiva y de alta resolución sobre la dinámica neuronal. A pesar de sus aplicaciones clínicas y de investigación, las señales de EEG son propensas al ruido proveniente de interferencias de líneas eléctricas, artefactos musculares y fuentes ambientales. Este estudio evalúa las técnicas de filtrado adaptativo (LMS, NLMS, PNLMS e IPNLMS) para la eliminación de ruido de las señales de EEG. El objetivo fue: Comprobar el impacto de la implementación de técnicas de relajación en el bienestar emocional de los niños de 4 años en educación inicial de la IEI N°165 República Federal de Alemania Iquitos 2025. Tipo Cuantitativo preexperimental con una Población de 216 niños de 4 años del nivel inicial. La muestra fue 52 niños. Durante el análisis descriptivo, hay un aumento notable en relación con la medición posterior a la intervención en comparación con la línea base. Some hospitals have started kaizen philosophy-based efforts to improve this situation. The main objective of the research is to explore the implementation of the kaizen philosophy in the above-mentioned hospitals. The research used a qualitative methodology and the case study strategy. The results show that it is feasible to optimize the Covid-19 emergency and treatment process by applying kaizen philosophy, process innovation and jidoka techniques.

The buriti is a palm of high commercial value, with ecological and social importance in the Peruvian Amazon. The excessive felling of the female individuals for the use of the fruits has caused that the fruit harvest is carried out at greater distances from the population centres and has triggered the degradation and low state of conservation of the natural palm swamps. The objective of this study was to evaluate how the inhabitants are adapting to the degradation of the resource, through the implementation of techniques of sustainable use of buriti fruits.
