The breakeven point is a key tool in all-inclusive hotels to determine the number of tourists and revenues should enter the hotel so there from start generating profits.There are difficulties in the classification of costs in hotels semivariable ignoring his behavior, however, to calculate the breakeven point is necessary to separate the fixed and variable part of each of them.In researching the method of least squares is used to separate the fixed and variable costs of mixed and then calculate the actual value of the equilibrium point.It is concluded that the classification of fixed and variable costs proposed by the Ministry of Tourism can accurately determine the equilibrium point, and the application of the least squares method can separate the fixed part and variable costs mixed.

This article addresses the problem noted in the Peruvian Bankruptcy Law: the bankruptcy authority has been unable to neutralize payments of bankruptcy credits made outside the rules of bankruptcy. We are faced with the need for debtors to continue with business activity, to generate greater wealth and not increase the crisis they are going through, while we are faced with the possible denaturalization of the bankruptcy procedures. Actualmente, se pueden utilizar robots para llevar a cabo cirugías mínimamente invasivas. Los cirujanos pueden controlar estos robots con dispositivos padres. Sin embargo, existe un problema al utilizar estos robots: la falta de retroalimentación háptica. Para solucionar este problema se suelen optar por dispositivos comerciales, los cuales no están diseñados para usarse en cirugías. To know which is the position of the Judicial Power in certain matters, to let know that in front of the present bond, on which the Constitutional Court has been talking about, it must exist a real vocation to establish basic consensuses and generate a good coordination for one better integration, to formulate proposals and reforms, same in constitutional as legislative level for our country. Following this path, the Judicial Power must settle a position on certain matters in special of the constitutional procedural law, in order to them to addressed and resolved opportunely by the competent organs.

Preoperative tests are very common in daily clinical practice. However, ordering preoperative tests is not generally based on the best scientific evidence. When preoperative tests are ordered without justification, they may generate false-positive results, cause to repeat or order new tests and consultations, prolong hospital stay, result in problems to the patient (more risks, confusion and anxiety), and increase costs. A systematic review and cost-effectiveness analysis of preoperative tests for the most frequent low- and intermediate-risk non-cardiac elective surgeries performed at the Hospital Regional Lambayeque were conducted.
