Ante la pandemia mundial por el Covid-19 declarado por la OMS, el Perú en marzo del 2020, ordenó la detención de toda actividad a nivel nacional para evitar la propagación del Covid-19, uno de los principales sectores afectados fue la construcción, desencadenando desempleos. Por esta razón el Ministerio de Vivienda, Construcción y Saneamiento, aprobó el protocolo sanitario del sector vivienda, construcción y saneamiento para el reinicio progresivo de las actividades, por consiguiente, las empresas deben realizar de manera obligatoria un plan de implementación de protocolos de bioseguridad por Covid-19. El presente trabajo de investigación fue de tipo descriptiva, porque permitió explicar la relación entre los protocolos de bioseguridad implementación y los niveles de prevención por Covid-19 en el personal de JVC Consultores y Ejecutores E.I.R.L. de Iquitos en el año 2020....

El objetivo del estudio fue explicar el estado del arte en sus diferentes posturas, las mismas que guardan relación con la implementación de la innovación abierta en las pymes. Numerosas investigaciones afirman que las prácticas de innovación abierta, ya es una tendencia, de modo que, es imperativo que las pymes no solo hagan uso esta implementación, sino que, por ser numerosas en el país, motiven al crecimiento empresarial. La presente investigación contempla las diversas posturas de innovación con estudios realizados desde el 2014 hacia el presente. Improving the efficiency in vitro culture conditions in established yellow pitahaya micropropagation protocols, allows evaluating the dependence of sucrose in the culture medium under photoautotrophic conditions to obtain high quality seedlings in less time, which favors their acclimatization in the mass production of this species. The objective of this research was to evaluate the levels of light intensity and the use or not of sucrose in the culture medium on the in vitro morphological and physiological response of yellow pitahaya (S. megalanthus) seedlings. Stress and burnout are global epidemics that may cause negative consequences for workers and organizations. Social workers of residential child care are especially at risk, due to the inherent characteristics of their work. Subsequently, this study aimed to analyse these professional’s stress, cognitive appraisal, and burnout. The sample included 92 social workers (90.2% female and 9.8% male) with ages between 25 and 64 years old (M = 38.08; SD = 7.91). The evaluation protocol included a sociodemographic questionnaire, the Stress Questionnaire for Health Professionals, the Primary and Secondary Cognitive Appraisal Scale, and the Shirom-Melamed Burnout Measure. Ante el impacto de la anemia en el desarrollo neurológico del niño, cuya prevalencia en el Perú alcanza el 43.5%, el presente estudio reviste importancia al intentar explicar por qué la anemia infantil no disminuye en el país en general y por qué en algunos distritos pobres sí se han logrado reducciones considerables, como en Iguaín y Los Morochucos de la Región Ayacucho en el periodo 2015-2018, a partir de la implementación de la Tecnología de Decisiones Informadas (TDI).
