The national states, self-styled democratic, were formed guided by new principles. The current juridical-political crisis in the western world, especially in Europe, America and in our Peru, reflects the lack of recognition of human rights as the essence of this new society. The purpose of the study was to establish that human rights are the juridical-political foundation of the State as a whole. In this context it is analyzed: The Rule of Law. Crimes of danger, unlike crimes of harm, currently consist of a dogmatic category responsible for provoking wide-ranging discussions in the criminal-legal area. In this sense, considering the general conjuncture in which they are inserted, as well as the discussions about their necessity and legitimacy, this article pursued the objective of promoting analysis of the dogmatic model of abstract-concrete danger crimes as a proposition of an effective and guaranteed instrument of criminal typification. For an efficient approach to the theme, the theory of legal good’s protection was adopted as a theoretical mark, besides the deductive and dialectical methods, using mainly the bibliographic research technique, combined with jurisprudential research. This study aimed to explore the use of emerging and data technologies (Rotolo et al., 2015) in the public sector, investigating their applications, challenges, and benefits through the analytical perspectives proposed by Criado et al. (2024). To amplify the analytical capacity, minimize data processing time and analyze relevant studies on the topic in high-impact journals, the study adopts a systematic literature review process, inspired by H. Gu's et al. (2024) co-piloted artificial intelligence (AI) in audit studies and informed by prior literature review methods (Lyrio et al., 2018; Page et al., 2021; Ruijer et al., 2023; Straub et al., 2023). This work explores the relationship between the different political uses of WhatsApp and the political participation behaviors in the Ecuadorian context. With the purpose of achieving a more detailed understanding, political participation was classified into three specific modes of action: offline conventional, offline protest and online. On the other hand, the political use of WhatsApp was classified into three types:a) consumption of political information, b) political expression and discussion, and c) contact with online political groups. The present investigation sought to describe the approach to citizen competence in secondary education of the Paraguayan educational system, in order to determine its contribution in the formation of young people, who must participate in a critical, constructive and reflective way in the society that experiences a weak democracy. The study is approached from documentary research, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The findings show that, although citizenship competencies are present in the curriculum, the ways of addressing it in the study programs are not specifically established, as well as, it is inferred that they can be identified as an exclusive requirement for the disciplines of the Social Sciences and not so for the other disciplines that are part of the academic component.
