The study begins with a critical analysis of the contents oriented to the functional vision of public spaces, mobility and accessibility through territorial planning in the historic center of Cusco, to then delve into similar experiences in other sites of the same condition. Through the application of a mixed methodology, quantitative and qualitative data have been identified based on three variables and categories of study: the physical dimension of the intervention, the social-cultural dimension depending on the intervened space and the economic repercussions that have been given by the change of use of the street. All the data obtained and compared are given as a result of the pedestrianization process between 2006 and 2022. Peruvian retail market today, more than ever, has turned the phrase “everything goes through the eyes” into a competitive tool. The design and optimization of space, as well as visual merchandising, are techniques that impact the sale new concepts such as omnicanality and buying experience are fed by data analytics in order to describe the commercial mode; and new qualitative sources of information, among them color theory, specially help to understand and predict the impact of future decisions on the point of sale. This paper describes the utility of image processing techniques to innovate the retail market in the effort to extract useful information from advertising pieces frequently used in this sector.

In this sense, our aim is to reflect —from an ethnographic point of view— on the processes whereby living spaces are appropriated, as well as to reflect on certain features that neighbors’ sociability adopts in a social-interest housing complex built as a large urban unit in the South-East area of Buenos Aires, specifically in the barrio of Villa Soldati. Given this situation, an ethical evaluationis relevant and important.The present study seeks to understand, from a management and top management perspective, from sociology and neuroscience, the reason for the inappropriate behavior of the aforementioned public officials. This in a frame of affirmation that indicates that, if we do not take care of evaluating ethical and humanistic aspects, we will not be able to have a sustainable development in public and privatespaces.

This paper describes and explains the linguistic adaptation of Peruvian migrants who have resided and are currently residing in the Spanish cities of Madrid and Guadalajara; the fact of residing for an extended period of time, more than two years, has influenced in the incorporation of peninsular Spanish expressions to their own idiolect, which leads to the use of their own dialect, Limean, in certain spaces as a referent of their own cultural identity. For the elaboration of this article nine interviews were conducted in order to obtain the testimonies upon which this analysis was based, determining that the Peruvian migrant has gone through the process of convergence, which implied a forced linguistic adaptation, in the social and work environment, due to society's pressure.

To propose that the State is the space for dialogue par excellence, the text relies on the ethical nature that is inherent in the constitution of the State.
