The purpose of this article is to present a critical review of the ways in which the performance of university teachers are usually evaluated. Generally, the institutions state proposal of evaluation that usually coincide with what is evaluated and the use of the results. It includes the review of the different evaluation models to show the discrepancies between the objectives and the practices, that is, the poor relationship between the model used and what is done. Universities usually declare that the focus of the evaluation is improvement of practice. In 2013, President of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) Mikhail Nikolaev announced the launch of the republican project Music for Everybody. The organizers of this project –– the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Culture and Spirituality of the republic –– have set the goal to help all children learn one classical musical instrument by their graduation from general education school. The publication “Problems of introducing inclusive education in the social environment of Ussuriysk city” examines the complex problems and sociocultural processes of society concerning people with special socio-educational needs, people with disabilities and people with physical disabilities. The paper briefly explains the essence of inclusive education and the problems of its introduction into the social environment of small towns, for example, the city of Ussuriysk, when, along with the development of defectological schools and the government order for them, there is a lack of understanding of the need for such education, an indifferent, callous attitude towards disadvantaged physical disabilities to people.

The purpose of this research was to determine administrators’ views on their awareness of educational planning, purpose, benefits and problems they encounter with it. It was also aimed to find out if the administrators received education and training in educational planning. The research employed a qualitative phenomenological research design. The participants were 15 administrators who were determined with a maximum diversity method. The data were gathered with semi-structured interview technique and analyzed with descriptive analysis approach. Results revealed that most administrators received in-service training or education in educational planning, underlined numerous benefits, and they are aware of the importance of it. An approach on Education, Science Education and Pedagogy was performed by analysis of definitions, objectives, rationale, their scientific attribute and their interrelationships. It was concluded that education is not a science, but a process leading to each person: to find, to promote and growing among others, their creative potential, and this is achieved if the human being: learning to know, learning to do, learn to live and learn to be. There is no science itself of Education but it is based on theories of other sciences. What does exist is sciences underlying, explain and been apply in Education. Pedagogy is part of the construct of Education, is immersed linking theory with another to translate the goals of Education in humans. This article presents an analysis about teacher’s education possibilities regardingtheir professional context in elementary education. For this, a conceptual reviewabout relationship between education and community is explained. In this analysis,the educational processes’ characteristics from this perspective are highlighted, aswell as their implications. Subsequently, some guidelines about teacher’s education from this view are exposed and a systemic approach of education are presented taking into account educational factors inside and outside the school, as well as the teacher as an agent who learns permanently.

The main objective of this study was the design and implementation of instruments to evaluate teacher’s performance in a higher education distance unit of a public mexican university. The process consisted of an eight-stage program, based on information generated by interviews, group discussions and document revisions. As a result, three instruments were designed and implemented to collect information from different perspectives: from the student, the supervisor and the evaluated person himself.

This article offers a critical view of university legal education, highlighting the identity and purpose crisis it faces. In this context, the author identifies three main issues: the fundamental objectives, the quality of students, and the pedagogical process. The aim of this work is to identify through a systematic review of different innovative educational practices in Higher Education. For this, a search of scientific articles was carried out in different Scopus and Web of Science databases, where a total of 1470 documents were acquired, which, after applying the inclusion criteria, left 20 works for review. The results show that creative practices favor the construction of the teaching-learning process and the development of skills. The teacher must take into account the contextualization of knowledge and start from the center of interest of the students, to promote attitudes in new procedures based on innovation, promoting skills that predispose the student towards motivation and involvement.
