Objective: To determine the ergonomic risks to which nursing professionals are exposed. Method: Narrative bibliographic review. This paper leverages a dataset generously provided by the Steam community, encompassing over 37 millionuser recommendations for various video games. These meticulously cleaned and preprocessed data originateexclusively from the Steam Store, a platform for online downloadable content in the realm of video games. Theprimary objective of this study is to conduct a sentiment analysis of user comments within the Steam Store,discerning both negative and positive emotions. The dataset comprises three distinct subsets, and this studyfocuses exclusively on the recommendations dataset for its analysis.

The purpose of the study was to identify and analyze the contributions made to the development of critical thinking in the educational field. Therefore, the examination corresponds to a systematic review design of basic research. The information was collected using the bibliographic and systematic search of documents in different reliable databases. Twenty articles were selected. From the documentary review, it has been determined that the most prevalent investigations have been quantitative, descriptive, qualitative, and mixed. Objective: To search for updated literature on primary chemoprevention measures for preeclampsia. Material and methods: A search of Pubmed, Cochrane and Lilacs databases was performed to identify papers that included any of the following search terms or combination of them: preeclampsia, prevention, medications, and chemoprevention. Full articles from the last five years were chosen without language restriction. Original articles with any of the search terms in the title, abstract, or full text were included. Articles not written in English or Spanish were excluded. North America and South America have a large number of universities, and each university has its owns functions and missions. It has been 18 years since the World Conference on Higher Education (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization - UNESCO, 1998). At that conference, UNESCO analyzed the situation of higher education and stated changes that needed to be made in the university sphere of the 21st century. Examples of these changes include calls for better access to education; a greater variety of teaching styles; and more research and exchange of researches’ results. This document focuses on the details and realities of these changes. This publication also examines how universities in the North (focus in the United States) and South America differ in these implementations.

Shaggy aorta (SA) is characterized by a critical and extensive atheromatous disease of the thoracic and abdominal aorta. This degenerative and dangerous pathology is the result of the confluence of multiple modifiable and non-modifiable risk factors. The clinical importance of this pathology relies on the various syndromes that can develop from its etiopathogenesis, which generates great morbidity and mortality in the affected patients. In this document, we present an updated and detailed review of this entity, developing aspects of its pathophysiology, diagnosis, including the importance of multimodal imaging, and its therapeutic approach. Finally, we present the clinical settings of patients with SA in different aortic scenarios (aortic dissection, ulcerated plaques, and thrombosed aneurysms) that denote the nature of this disease and its high mortality.

The objective was to review the existing scientific literature of the concepts, approaches, and research carried out on creative thinking. A balance was made of the scientific works found on this type of thinking in which the three proposed axes of the study were considered. The information was obtained from sixty articles published in journals indexed to the central databases and repositories such as Ebsco, Doaj, ProQuest, Eric, and Scopus. The methodology used consisted of the systematic review of documents with scientific information. The aim of this work is to identify through a systematic review of different innovative educational practices in Higher Education. For this, a search of scientific articles was carried out in different Scopus and Web of Science databases, where a total of 1470 documents were acquired, which, after applying the inclusion criteria, left 20 works for review. The results show that creative practices favor the construction of the teaching-learning process and the development of skills. The teacher must take into account the contextualization of knowledge and start from the center of interest of the students, to promote attitudes in new procedures based on innovation, promoting skills that predispose the student towards motivation and involvement.
