La investigación manifiesta que los estudiantes deben ejercer control de su actividad mental con el propósito de alcanzar las metas académicas. El objetivo de investigación fue determinar la relación que existe entre el uso de estrategias metacognitivas y la comprensión lectora en inglés en estudiantes de educación superior. La metodología corresponde a un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, diseño no experimental, nivel correlacional y transversal. El objetivo principal de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre la actividad física deportiva y el bienestar psicológico en estudiantes del Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Manuel Seoane Corrales, San Juan de Lurigancho-2018. La investigación desarrolla una metodología de diseño no experimental, básica de alcance correlacional y transaccional. La población fue de tipo censal conformada por 132 estudiantes del Instituto de Educación Superior.
