In modern industrial applications, sensors are an expensive part of installed systems. Nevertheless, many system variables cannot be measured sufficiently frequently or accurately. Thus, soft sensors have been developed to estimate those variables without the expense of additional hardware. The use of a soft sensor with a bias update term has shown to perform well for disturbed systems with time delays and multirate sampling times. In industrial application, the time delay and sampling times often vary. Comprende el proceso de migración de los datos de canales digitales hacia un repositorio Data Lake en una entidad bancaria, pasando por los procesos de cuadre, aplicación de reglas de carga, validaciones de calidad y algoritmos de protección para la data de alta criticidad. This article presents a program in C++ which defines a class of polynomial name in order to implement a data abstract type (TAD), a polynomial through a class that performs polynomials arithmetic with operations such as addition, the product of a constant by a polynomial, the product of a monomial by a polynomial and a polynomial derived. The program code is presented, and its details, features and limitations are discussed. Implementation is done in the Dev C++ 4.1 compilator; a GNU compilator with GPL licence.

This article aims to expose the use of Big Data in Conjoint Analysis or analysis of sets (trade-off analysis). Companies are always developing new products, which is aided by the use of market data in in order to research and identifying the preferences of their targeted customers. Currently, the cluster analysis is one of the most used tools within market research. This is because it helps cut costs in the process. Through descriptive research, various investigations using conjoint analysis can be reviewed to gather information and simulate software tools like Sawtooth, taking advantage of Big Data technology. It can be concluded that transactional and social information used with Big Data can efficiently aid researchers if used in conjunction with the conjoint analysis.

This article is based on research conducted by the authors between 2011 and 2012, in the framework of the implementation of research projects, sponsored by the Scientific Research Institute of the University of Lima (IDIC). In such research, the technological evolution of the Datacenter was analyzed, and the creation of the technology and management aspects of a Virtualized Datacenter (DCV) were proposed, in order to provide services for the development of laboratories in the academic university field. The findings of this research were applied in the planning process of the “Laboratory Datacenter” of the Systems Engineering Career at the University of Lima, which was used in implementing the new syllabus.

Describe el uso de herramientas de integración continua en los despliegues de procesos de Big Data en una entidad financiera bajo el enfoque de la metodología Kanban. Debido a que la entidad financiera tiene una alta demanda de pases a producción se requiere que el flujo de despliegues sea adecuado y tome menos tiempo. Ante esta problemática, la entidad bancaria propone que se usen herramientas de integración continua y un flujo basado en la metodología Kanban. Dentro de las herramientas propuestas están el uso de Bitbucket como repositorio, Git para el control de versiones y Jenkins para la ejecución de pipelines automatizados, así como el uso de un tablero Jira que cuente con las etapas del desarrollo sugeridas por la metodología Kanban. The Feminist HCI is characterized as the integration of feminist theory into HCI practice, which can occur at all stages of the design process, including user research, prototyping and evaluation. However, there is still a research gap on the integration of feminism with established HCI methods. An HCI methodology that is also concerned with human values and the possible consequences of technological artifacts is Value Sensitive Design (DSV). The present work seeks to answer how to include Feminism HCI in the HCI Project with the VSD. This research took place in the context of ELLAS Project, an Open Data platform that aims to contribute to the reduction of the gender difference in STEM in Brazil, Peru and Bolivia.

The purpose of this study is to implement the OC2 and OC3 algorithms to estimate the concentration of surface chlorophyll-a (CCA) from image data from the OLI sensor aboard the Landsat-8 satellite. The LaSRC (Landsat 8 Surface Reflectance Code) atmospheric correction model was validated with on-site measurements of the reflectance of the water surface recorded with a spectroradiometer on the surface of the fan shell crop area of the Sechura Bay. Validation results in a linear correlation coefficient of R = 95.1 % and a mean square error RMSE = 0.0095. A comparison of the CCA derived from the OC2 and OC3 algorithms was also made, resulting in an RMSE = 0.145 mg/m3 and a correlation coecient of R = 99 %.
