Las Tecnologías de la Información y la Comunicación se incorporaron dentro del área de salud, facilitan la cobertura de los servicios, perfeccionan la calidad asistencial, abastecen de soporte tecnológico y científico, incrementan los conocimientos y promueven el autocuidado. Objetivo: Evaluar una plataforma virtual para la consejería de enfermería en centros de salud mental comunitarios (CSMC). Material y Métodos: Estudio piloto, de enfoque descriptivo, cuantitativo, transversal, con un solo grupo. Muestra no probabilística de tipo Bola de Nieve, se recolectó a 13 enfermeros de CSMC. Instrumentos: Encuesta formativa, Evaluación de la Idoneidad de los Materiales (SAM), Cuestionario de Usabilidad del Sistema informático (CSUQ) y el test de Usabilidad. La presente investigación aborda la automatización de Fulgas Planta Envasadora de G.L.P S.A., con el objetivo de mitigar los riesgos laborales y comunitarios asociados a su operación, el estudio se alinea con las teorías de Lean Manufacturing. La empresa, ubicada en Huánuco, Perú, ha demostrado un notable crecimiento financiero. Sin embargo, enfrenta retos operativos debido a la dependencia de procesos manuales en el envasado. A través de un enfoque correlacional y mixto, la investigación analiza los impactos de la automatización en términos de productividad, calidad y seguridad, tanto para los trabajadores como para la comunidad cercana. Due to the lack of research and tools that explore and evaluate digital competencies, both in educational and community contexts, a rubric of evaluation in digital competencies from a socio-formative approach was designed consisting of: 1) Literature review of existing documents to diagnose or evaluate digital competencies; 2) construction of the instrument through a rubric type structure with the socio-formative taxonomy; 3) review and improvement of the instrument by a panel of 3 experts; 4) the content was validated by a panel of 14 expert judges; 5) the application of the instrument to a pilot group, composed of 45 persons; 6) final improvement of the instrument based on the suggestions and evaluations of the expert judges.
