Como principal oportunidad de mejora en cuanto a efectividad y oportunidad, resulta fundamental enfocar esfuerzos en el canal telefónico, dado que, a nivel general, se encuentra mayor insatisfacción y actualmente existe un margen de mejora. El siguiente trabajo investigación logró hacer el análisis de la estrategia comunicacional impresa en la capacitación a los pobladores rurales ante las heladas, en el Proyecto Nacional de Vivienda Rural en las zonas sur del Perú en el 2016. Se realizó una investigación descriptiva de las piezas gráficas impresas que se utilizaron en la capacitación en las provincias de Cusco y Puno. Se buscaba resaltar las dimensiones más representativas de las piezas gráficas, para ver la funcionalidad de estas y generar una propuesta profesional de acuerdo a los resultados obtenidos. The journalistic images are subject to debate and controversy: from the girl of Trang Bang to the most recently images of women and female kids during the earthquake and the cholera epidemic in Haiti in 2010, comments on the symbolic and communicative value of the pictured subject keep occurring. The press images awarded as “photo of the year” by World Press Photo in the period between 2000 and 2011 represent international conflicts and disasters where the main characters are mostly women and children, plenty of drama and pathos. The axes of the discussion are the main photography situation on thedaily journal front page, against the right to privacy, the iconic representation of the sick people and victims of disasters and the social discussion through the network.

In the context of an information and knowledge society in which technological development is moving ahead at a staggering speed, probing the sense of sufficiency in the graduates active in the field of work is presented as an imperative need for the profession´s improvement and its teaching. The objective of this study is to determine the journalistic perception about university education and the satisfaction level of journalists with their university education, including aspects of technical, theoretical and practical management.
