El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general aplicar la propuesta de mejora en la gestión de producción y logística de una fábrica confeccionista, en la ciudad de Trujillo mediante el uso de herramientas de ingeniería industrial para reducir sus costos operativos, ya sean por: falta balance de línea, corte empírico, falta dispositivos, deficiente layout y deficiente gestión de stocks. Planteado el problema, objetivos, hipótesis y variables, se hizo uso de peso posicional, Software Corte Certo 2D, gestión ajustada, método de Muther, Corelap y MRP, dichas propuestas de mejora se aplicaron a cada una de las causas raíz que presentaba la empresa mediante el diagrama Ishikawa, enfocándose en las que tienen mayor impacto en los costos operativos de la empresa con un total de cinco. Sexism, xenophobia, or homophobia are based on values and beliefs about inequality between groups. To analyze the relationship between Right Wing Authoritarianism (RWA) and Social Dominance Orientation (SDO) with Values (Schwartz, 1992), an explanatory, non-experimental cross-sectional study was conducted based on an intentional sample composed by 407 university students (58.5% women; mean age 23.69 years). The findings ratify the RWA and SDO as conservative constructs structured in terms of power and in values opposed to non-aggressive intergroup relations, ratifying a general disposition to prejudice. Also, differential configurations showed up supporting the idea of the Dual Processing Model about the multidimensional nature of prejudice (Duckitt & Sibley, 2010).

Este artículo describe la experiencia realizada en un centro educativo con alumnos del 2° ciclo de educación inicial (N=72) con los que se trabajó de forma fácil y divertida ejercicios de respiración y relajación propios de yoga. La aplicación en el aula casi a diario de estos ejercicios de forma práctica y lúdica permitió comprobar cómo adoptan los niños actitudes mucho más tranquilas, menos tensas y de más autocontrol. Además, favorece su potencial creativo y de talento. Es aconsejable que los alumnos se adentren en estos ejercicios a partir de los tres años en adelante, pues a esa edad los pequeños pueden, en su mayoría, comprender lo que se puede esperar y lo que se quiere de ellos. Además ya tienen la capacidad de realizar y controlar ciertos movimientos de su cuerpo.

RESUMEN En el almacén de prendas en proceso, APP, de la empresa textiles camones se tuvo la necesidad de implementar una metodologia que satisficiera la necesidad de orden y limpieza, a fin de mejorar las condiciones de trabajo y aumentar la eficacia de sus operaciones. Por tal motivo se implementó los principios de las 5S y controles operacionales que han ayudado a obtener resultados beneficiosos con un mejor manejo y custodia de los materiales, reducción de inventarios y prendas defectuosas, generadas por las actividades propias del almacén. Among the effects that the current pandemic cycle seems to be having on the national public education agenda is that it has eclipsed the debate on comprehensive sexuality education (CSE). This synthesizes like few others the sensitive relationship between religion and politics in a genuinely religious country like Peru (Romero, 2016) but also expresses the impulse of certain sectors of civil society to deepen a process of secularization of the State that institutionalizes the advances in rights and freedoms of the different minority groups in our society.

Two of the main indices used when doing a psychometric analysis of a performance test are the index of difficulty and the index of discrimination. These indices become indicators of the quality of a test as long as they are within acceptable ranges. This has two consequences, first the determination of the formula for the calculation of the indices, and secondly, the interpretation of them according to certain standards. This work shows the way how these indices are determined and related, as well as the way in which the discrimination rule influences the valuation of the test. Recommendations are also proposed for the use of both indices based on the analysis performed.

The purpose is to show the humorous and sexist elements, as forms of psychological violence against women, in the literary discourse of the book Taita Serapio (2004). In the stories, the humor with which the stories are seasoned and machismo stand out as powerful ways to attack the psychological integrity of women. The male character embodied in Taita Serapio, a sarcastic and perverted individual, sees in each woman an instrument of sexual satisfaction and mockery. In essence, Taita Serapio is characterized as a character with certain sexual deviations reaching a vague exhibitionism. The objective was to identify the different elements of the mise-en-scène and the narrative features that continuously express the thematic meanings of territoriality and memory, establishing them as central axes in the construction of the story’s characters. This article describes the experience in a school with pupils from four to five years of early childhood education (N=72) with whom I worked in an easy and funny way relaxation breathing exercises specific to yoga. The application in the classroom of these exercises almost every day in a practical and funny way allows children to see how attitudes take much calmer, less tense and more self-control. It also encourages their creative potential and talent. It is advisable for students getting into these exercises from four years onwards, because at that age, children know exactly what to expect and what you want from them. Besides, they have the ability to make and control certain body movements.

In this paper, I am interested in reflecting on the different methodological challenges I went through during the ethnographic work that supports my doctoral thesis (FFyH-UNC). During four years —in non-consecutive periods— I traveled to the province of Jujuy, in Argentina, more precisely to the department of Rinconada located in the Puna region, to investigate the way in which a mining company —of foreign capitals and open-pit operation— builds and guarantees the social license necessary to operate, in relation to fourteen indigenous communities that inhabit the territory where the mining facilities are deployed. During the beginning of this work, some situations took place that seemed to hinder and condition the entry into the field. This article analyzes one of the discriminatory discourses that has recently acquired special relevance in the Peruvian national context: cyberterruqueo. The aim is to carry out a descriptive analysis of the phenomenon —from the political-ideological and ethnic, racial and cultural perspectives—, and to study, in the context of cyberspace, the hegemonic representations that are discursively created with respect to certain sectors of the population. The article analyses the representation in virtual spaces of the Andean subject subordinated to ‘Andean pop’, a genre established by Milena Wharton, which aspires to consolidate a contemporary Andean identity through a hybrid and novel aesthetic, often wrapped in linguistic-racial ideologies that guide the way we interact with other members of our society. Through a work of collecting samples in social networks (Facebook, Instagram and X), the research revealed how certain users resort to racist hate comments to delegitimize this emerging musical genre by perceiving it as an ‘inauthentic’ representation of Quechua culture.
