The research presents the results of the effect of assertive training on social interaction with the opposite sex in 20 women of a self-help center in Lima. Assertive training was applied through modeling and role play techniques, cognitive restructuring technique, self-instructions, relaxation and support techniques such as housework. The methodology is causal type, and to measure the social interaction variable in its behavioral and cognitive dimensions, besides, an instrument, The emotion matching list of Monteagudo (2010) were applied. We worked with economically independent professional singles with negative experience of relation with negative thoughts and beliefs towards the male. Introduction: Burnout syndrome is professional burnout resulting from chronic work stress with a three-dimensional complex characterized by emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal fulfillment derived from work due to direct contact with patients. Objective: To estimate the frequency of severe burnout syndrome among dentists of Health Centers from Acapulco, Mexico. Material and methods: Cross-sectional design in a convenience sample of 80 dentists with the application of a self-administered questionnaire of 44 items during March to May 2022. The instrument contained the Maslach-Burnout Inventory of 22 items with Likert-type categorical responses, which established a global score with the sum of the three dimensions. This article reflects on the administrative management and teaching performance in a language center in Lima Metropolitan. The dimensions of management become important given the need to define, delimit and conceptualize the areas of competence in the complex social phenomenon of formal education. On the other hand, foreign language teachers have as competence the application of knowledge to respond to the situations they face in their professional activity. This work is prepared thinking that defining and understanding the concepts of administrative management and teacher performance will promote better educational practices for both the institution and the students.

En este artículo se realiza una reflexión sobre la gestión administrativa y el desempeño docente en un centro de idiomas de Lima Metropolitana. Las dimensiones de la gestión cobran importancia ante la necesidad de definir, delimitar y conceptualizar los ámbitos de competencia en el complejo fenómeno social de la educación formal. Por otra parte, el profesor de lengua extranjera tiene como competencias la aplicación de saberes, para dar una respuesta a las situaciones a las que se enfrenta en su actividad profesional. El presente trabajo se elabora pensando que definiendo y comprendiendo los conceptos de la gestión administrativa y el desempeño docente se promoverá mejores prácticas educativas tanto para la institución como el alumnado.

The objective of this article is to determine the differences in irrational beliefs among secondary school students from a Center for Alternative Basic Education, according to gender and age group. This is a descriptive study with a comparative descriptive design. The population was obtained through a census, and is made up of 161 students of both sexes from the first to the fourth grade of secondary school. The Albert Ellis Irrational Belief Inventory was administered. Frequencies and percentages were calculated, and the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test and the Mann-Whitney and Kruskal-Wallis U tests were used to test the hypotheses. In order to determine whether the failure to exclusively breastfeed, inadequate supplementation with multimicronutrients and acute diarrheal disease are related to anemia in children from 6 to 36 months, attended at the Pillco Marca Class health center, during 2016 . A quantitative approach study was carried out, with independent, analytical, observational and retrospective cases and controls design in 86 clinical histories of children from 6 to 36 months of age, 43 clinical histories for both cases and controls. It was evidenced that non-exclusive breastfeeding p = 0.0002, inadequate multimicronutrient supplementation p = 0.000, and the presence of acute diarrheal disease p = 0.000, were related to the presence of anemia in children from 6 to 36 months old. Objective. To determine the association between partner support and postpartum depression in women from a maternal and child center in Lima, 2020. Material and methods. Descriptive correlational cross-sectional study. The sample consisted of 122 women who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in whom the Edinburgh Scale and the Partner Support Scale were applied. Spearman's Rho Correlation coefficient was used in the inferential statistical analysis. Results. 20.5% of women presented postpartum depression (PPD). The correlation of the dimensions of partner support with PPD was: emotional support (Rho = -0.464), instrumental support (Rho = -0.402) and informational support (Rho = -0.388), therefore, an inverse correlation was demonstrated and moderate in each dimension. The objective of the research work was: To determine the factors related to the choice of a contraceptive method in adolescents treated at Paucará health center from Acobamba, Huancavelica 2021.
