El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo mejorar mi práctica pedagógica mediante estrategias didácticas para el desarrollo de la expresión oral propuesto por Daniel Cassany en estudiantes del nivel inicial de 5 años de la Institución Educativa Marona Nro. 082 perteneciente al Distrito de Luyando, Provincia de Leoncio Prado, Región Huánuco en el período 2014. This study attempts to design an approach showing how absorptive capacity and ambidexterity are related to technological innovation in Peruvian manufacturing firms. A structural equation model is proposed. The sample is made up of 783 manufacturing firms. It was found that although Peruvian manufacturing firms invest little money in research and development, they are capable of developing dynamic capabilities, such as absorptive capacity and ambidexterity in order to better carry out technological innovation.

The objective of the article is to present the design and application of a technique based on the Cost - Volume - Benefit method, in order to have economic - financial information of the right mix of products that allows achieving the expected results of the organization in a negotiation process. The proposed analysis has the usual components of the Cost - Volume - Benefit method, namely unit price, unit variable cost, operating expenses and financial expenses. The technique consists of ten steps that will lead to create as many scenarios as necessary in which the mix of products, the installed capacity and the profits of the organization will be evaluated, the ultimate goal of the same. OBJETIVO GENERAL: Describir el ejercicio de la patria potestad por madres menores capaces de discernimiento en el Servicio de Defensorías del Sistema Nacional de Atención Integral del Niño y Adolescente. RESULTADOS: La información fue recolectada a través de una entrevista estructurada aplicada a una muestra representativa de 35 Defensorías del Niño, Niña y Adolescente. The most common Rock support sets are the rock bolts, temporary or definitive. Among temporary rock bolts, there are the Split sets, widespread around the world due to their ease of installation and cheaper. Split Sets, have the appearance of a tube with a 15 mm slot in its entire length, manufacturers and suppliers recommended 38 mm diameter of drill holes and depths according to their length. This study aimed to identify the capacity of the dark personality to explain the emotional intelligence trait. The sample comprised 395 subjects, aged 18 to 30 years (M = 21.19; SD = 1.75), who responded to the Short Dark Triad, Short Sadistic Impulse Scale, Spitefulness Scale and Emotional Skills Inventory. To achieve the proposed objective, a path analysis model was performed. The results indicated that sadism, achiavellianism and narcissism positively explain the dimensions of emotional intelligence, while psychopathy and pitefulness explain it negatively. The findings of this study highlight caution when interventions are carried out to increase emotional intelligence in individuals with dark traits, since they can use it for emotional manipulation.

The objective of the study was the multi-temporal analysis between 1975 and 2015, on changes in glacier coverage in the snowy Allin Capac and Chichi Capac, Peru. The area covered by glaciers was estimated using the supervised classification method for Landsat 2 image and the normalized difference snow index for Landsat 5 and Landsat 8 images. The results of the analysis show a drastic decrease of the glacier cover in the snowy Allin Capac and Chichi Capac. Thus, in 1975 the area of glacier coverage was 52.3 km2 and by 2015 was reduced to 16.9 km2, losing a total of 35.6 km2. In 1975, the 35% of the glacier coverage was below the 5000 m.a.s.l. and by the 2015 it represents only 9% of the total glacier area. Globalization has intensified competition in many markets. To remain competitive, the companies look for satisfying the needs of customers by meeting market requirements. In this context, Process Capability Indices (PCI) play a crucial role in assessing the quality of processes. In the case of non-normal data there are two general approaches based on transformations (Box-Cox and Johnson Transformation) and Percentiles (Pearson’s and Burr’s Distribution Systems). However, previous studies on the comparison of these methods show different conclusions, and thus arises the need to clarify the differences between these methods to implement a proper estimation of these indices.
