Rapid Maxillary Expansion (ERM) has been classically described in the literature as a therapeutic procedure in the treatment of transverse maxillary deficiency. The aim of this study was to evaluate the cephalometric skeletal changes on the cranial base in growing patients who had undergone rapid maxillary expansion. The material consisted of lateral radiographs taken from ten growing patients (eight male and two female) with need of rapid maxillary expansion as part of their orthodontic treatment. The age range of the patients was 7.1 to 12.7 years, and the mean age was 10.6 ± 2.04 years. Lateral radiographs of each patient were taken before treatment (T1) and immediately after the active phase of treatment (T2). In the implant rehabilitations supported in the previous sector, a surgical and prosthetic protocol should be carried out as a mechanism to ensure the aesthetics and function of the procedure to be performed. The objective of this clinical case is to present a rehabilitation protocol in a soft tissue test and management document to preserve aesthetics through provisional prosthetic structures, ending with rehabilitation with the zirconium oxide abutment with titanium base and a crown of lithium disilicate as means to achieve high aesthetics. The prediction of a unitary implant in the anterior sector requires the clinician to know three-dimensional structures conjugated with a soft tissue and material handling in an appropriate way, to predict the medium- or long-term behavior in the protection and prevention of aesthetics.

Quantum algorithms break such encryption with impressive ease, with Shor and Grover algorithms being the main perpetrators. Lattice-based key encryption is the suggested solution in multiple instances, as the complexity and randomness that these methods add to message encryption make them one of the best short- and medium-term solutions. In 2016, NIST launched a contest to find algorithms to incorporate into its security standard. Four algorithms from the third round were selected to be standardized, including the lattice-based CRYSTALSkyber. El principal objetivo de la propuesta es realizar la formulación de una galleta enriquecida con los nutrientes necesarios que ayuden a combatir el déficit nutricional que presenta una comunidad afectada por estos desastres. La Expansión Rápida del Maxilar (ERM) fue introducida en el siglo XIX y ha sido clásicamente descrita en la literatura como un procedimiento ortopédico indicado en el tratamiento de Deficiencia Transversa Maxilar. Aunque su efecto principal es observado clínicamente en la sutura palatina media y zona maxilar, recientes investigaciones han sugerido que sus efectos ortopédicos alcanzan estructuras esqueléticas profundas del cráneo. This work analyzes the new visual conventions on YouTube used by content creators with the aim of determining the editing techniques and resources they employ and comparing their techniques with the conventional rules of film editing. The initial hypothesis is that YouTubers have departed from the rules of classical film editing and have created their own editing code on YouTube. To study and demonstrate this phenomenon, the testimonies and videos of various lifestyle-themed content creators on YouTube are taken as the subject of analysis. The results conclude that the new creators of digital audiovisual content have developed their own editing approaches inspired by the emerging audiovisual trends of social media.

En el ovino, hay una relación de la masa de los músculos crurales con la mayor o menor aptitud a la marcha, a su vez quizás relacionada con las proporciones corporales, por lo que podrían darse diferencias funcionales entre razas, a tenor de aptitudes motoras diferentes. El hueso calcáneo representa la base de inserción de los músculos crurales responsables en parte de la marcha. Para corroborar esta hipótesis, se obtuvieron imágenes digitales de 28 calcáneos de ovejas domésticas de cuatro razas de la Península Ibérica: Churra, Merina, Merino preto y Merino branca. Las imágenes se analizaron mediante técnicas de morfometría geométrica a partir de 20 hitos anatómicos (puntos óseos). In the following report, I will be narrating the most important aspects of my professional life since graduating the university. With nearly 20 years of experience in the field of audiovisual communication, creating corporate videos and specializing in video editing, post-production, and 2D animation, I have worked in both the public and private sectors, always focused on creating audiovisual content. My objective has been to support the clients' vision, always striving to exceed expectations. In this paper, I will describe my experience in an educational project that started out as quite ambitious and which I consider encompasses various aspects of communication.

The aim of this research was to evaluate the in situ rumen degradation kinetics of nutrients, as well as the apparent digestibility of nutrients, population of rumen protozoa, and in vitro gas production of based diets from post-harvest biomass of Amaranthus cruentus. Post-harvest biomass of A. cruentus with Pennisetum clandestinum forage was mixed in dry basis according to four treatments: T1: 100% A. cruentus, T2: 100% P. clandestinum, T3: 75% P. clandestinum + 25% A. cruentus, T4: 50% P. clandestinum + 50% A. cruentus, under a completely randomized design. Such attacks exploit the vulnerability in private and public key encryption systems, where the public key is derived from the private key, which could be refactored from the public key. To address this issue, the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) launched a global competition in 2016 to create quantum-resistant algorithms. CRYSTALS-Kyber, a lattice-based algorithm focused on the learning with errors (LWE) problem, was selected for standardization. This work introduces RKyber, a variant that instead targets the learning with rounding (LWR) problem, simplifying computations by using deterministic errors rather than random noise. Both algorithms were executed 1000 times, showing that RKyber offers improved speed at the cost of some security.

Perceived changes in basic beliefs and growth related to life events were examined in three studies. A representative sample (N = 885), a sample of students and their families (N = 291) and a sample of students (N = 245) responded with a list of positive and negative life events, a scale of changes in basic beliefs and a post-traumatic growth scale. Positive events were strongly associated with changes in basic beliefs, while only weak associations were found for negative events. In addition, negative changes in basic beliefs were associated with growth only in negative life events and positive changes in basic beliefs were generally associated with growth.

Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de desempeño de los docentes del nivel primaria correspondientes a la Educación Básica Regular (EBR) de una escuela privada del distrito de Puente Piedra de Lima-Perú en el año 2022.
