The educational theory of learning styles seeks to develop meaningful learning in students, to achieve adequate professional skills, being a relevant pedagogical vision in the current educational field. On the other hand, current research is rediscovering the Inca worldview, and allowing the theorizing of a good learning system called in Quechua allinta, based on a code of evaluative principles that allowed training specialists in various fields of knowledge, known as kamayoq. This study allows us to analyze the possible parallelism of current learning styles with the ancient educational worldview of the Incas, because despite referring to different educational contexts, they allowed the achievement of the technical abilities of the Inca kamayoq, similar to the skills of the current professional.

The work develops the scenario that is generated in Cuba from 2019, when a new Constitution is approved, which abrogates the one in force since 1976. The objective of this article is to analyze the role of urban planning and building parameters in guaranteeing the right to adequate housing in Metropolitan Lima, with emphasis on social housing (SIV). To this end, we develop a state of the art on the urban regulation of SIV until December 2022, which shows that there is no consensus among the different levels of government regarding the mechanisms to promote the production of SIV and guarantee the right to housing. Legal institutions often receive an endogenous treatment that manifests on two levels. On one hand, legal institutions are frequently conceptualized from within the law itself and by legal practitioners, without considering other fields of knowledge that could offer more specific insights into the subject matter. In countries with high seismicity, such as Peru, Chile, and Colombia, the mid- to high-rise buildings typically use reinforced concrete (RC) wall systems, which have generally demonstrated adequate seismic performance. However, cases such as the collapse of the Alto Río building during the 2010 Chile earthquake and severe damage reported in other wallstructured buildings reveal that, under certain conditions, these systems may be vulnerable. Modern RC wall buildings in Peru have not yet been subjected to a severe earthquake, so it is uncertain whether current design procedures established in Peruvian standards are adequate to provide sufficient safety or to achieve a repairable state after a major earthquake. Ethics and accountability have proved to be crucial aspects in fact-checking, which can only be understood in connection with social responsibility and public service. This research aims to provide a new scope of analysis by taking the code of principles of the International Fact-checking Network as a reference to observe the level of compliance and accountability of several fact-checking platforms. The study focuses on the Spanish context, where four fact-checking initiatives are verified signatories of the aforementioned code: Maldita.es, Newtral, EFE Verifica and Verificat. El objetivo del estudio fue diseñar un sistema web basado en la metodología Scrum y el Framework CodeIgniter para el proceso de inventario en la empresa Balnort. Se caracterizó por ser una investigación de tipo aplicada y con enfoque cuantitativo. El diseño fue experimental y de carácter pre-experimental. La muestra contó con una población de 20 personas del área de producción y se tuvo como técnica de recolección de datos la encuesta y observación. Los hallazgos obtenidos describen una mejora en el tiempo de registro de salida y entrada de Productos que corresponde a un 28.45% y una significancia de 0.000 lo que demuestra una relevancia significativa con el sistema web. In 2024, the Peruvian Civil Code turns 40 years since its promulgation in 1984, while the UNIDROIT Principles has its 30th anniversary since their first edition in 1994. Given this, which party should we attend? This essay proposes a look at the Peruvian Civil Code from the perspective of international trade to propose improvements. To this end, the provisions of the UNIDROIT Principles that regulate contractual interpretation, obligations of best efforts and results, penalty clause and force majeure, are taken as reference. These will be compared with the provisions of the Peruvian Civil Code, to identify possible areas of improvement in domestic law, taking the UNIDROIT Principles as a guide.
