Este documento evalúa el impacto de un programa de crédito educativo sobre el tiempo necesario para concluir los estudios universitarios en una universidad grande en Perú. Los préstamos han sido entregados a estudiantes con bajos ingresos que muestran un desempeño académico satisfactorio. La decisión de aplicar o no por un préstamo depende de cada estudiante, por lo tanto el análisis de regresión simple podría fallar en la estimación de este impacto debido al problema del regresor endógeno. En este estudio se utiliza una aproximación de variables instrumentales, y se encuentra que los estudiantes con préstamos obtienen sus grados más rápidamente que similares estudiantes sin préstamo.

At present, teaching programming to future teachers is superficial or is excluded from computer science curricular. Only programming fundamentals are taught during computer studies, and skills acquired during the training are not applied in practice. The aims of this article are 1) to develop a programming course for teacher training disciplines that are taught in training units of the Ammosov North-Eastern Federal University (NEFU), and 2) give recommendations to apply features of the programming language Python in the professional activities of future teachers. This article will present evidence on the efficacy of the personal development program for elderly applied in a Geriatric Residential Center in Metropolitan Lima. The sample was comprised by 15 residents of both sexes whose age was between 65 to 87 years old. The Psychological wellbeing scale by Díaz, Rodríguez, Blanco, Moreno, Gallardo, Valle & Van Dierendonck was used as instrument (2006). The design of the investigation is quasi-experimental applied in two times before the implementation of the program and after the implementation of the program. Different fellowships programs to public school teachers have been developed in Latin-American. In Perú, this new program has been managed by Pronabec financing fellowships for teachers of different regions during 2014-2015. Thisstudy is addressed to analyze the teachers´ dilemmas faced when they applied; and, explore the future professional perspectives of this kind of teacher. The qualitative method implies a documental analysis and survey with open answers to 20 teachers. Four types of dilemmas were identified–master versus family, master versus school, master versus another study, master versus no migration–, and eight possible futures scenarios related to the professional, academic, and unionpolitical fields.

Objective: Determine the impact of the program “My Friend Iron” on the nutritional lifestyle to prevent anemia among the students of Human Nutrition at the Universidad Peruana Union, Lima 2006.Methodology: The design of the research was pre-experimental because it worked with a group ofstudents who submitted a questionnaire before and after the intervention program “My Friend Iron”.Results: After the application of the program “My Friend Iron,” 60,7% of the students obtained agood level of understanding, 28,6% an excellent level of understanding, and only 10,7% a regular level ofunderstanding about the theme concerned. The design of educative programs created to develop the middle school students´ skills is a recurrent subject in educational literature. The aim of this article is to find evidences that support an enrichment program oriented to improve motivation and engagement in gifted students. The sample of sixty students (10-12 years old) was taken from a Peruvian middle school. The instrument used in this study were the School Attitude Assessment Survey-Revised (SAAS-R) (Siegle y McCoach, 2005) to measure motivation and a rubric revised by experts to measure engagement.
