En la actualidad, ciertos grupos personas tienen temor o incomodidad para realizar pagos de compras en efectivo. Esto debido a lo ocurrido años anteriores por la pandemia del COVID-19. Por ello, se ha desarrollado un sistema integrado que permite realizar transacciones monetarias mediante el escaneo de códigos QR desde una aplicación móvil para la plataforma iOS. La aplicación se comunica a servicios back-end para la utilización de datos del usuario. También, mediante una interfaz de programa de aplicación, se consumen servicios del sistema transaccional que permite realizar con efectividad y seguridad las transacciones monetarias.

Deals with electronic citation in the Code of Civil Procedure. It addresses the various aspects related to the referred modality of citation, inserted by the Legislator of Law n. 14.195/21. It clarifies that electronic citation is now adopted as the preferred modality, also mentioning the people who can be cited electronically. Tools for electronic citation were also addressed, as well as aspects related to the validity of electronic citation and the possibility of applying the effects of default. The procedural deadlines related to electronic citation and its application in the knowledge and enforcement processes were addressed, as well as in the sentence fulfillment phase, when the need for citation of the debtor is required by the Legislator.

The alternative indictment is regulated in the current Peruvian Criminal Procedural Code of 2004 as part of the discretionary and inherent powers of the Government Attorney General’s Office as the operator of the criminal action and head of the investigation. Its use has increased in complex and hypercomplex criminal proceedings, in which the representative of the Government Attorney General’s Office applies more than one charge for the fact being prosecuted, creating issues in its use and application, both for the Government Attorney General’s Office and for the defense. In this sense, this research will analyze and delve into the nature and purposes of alternative indictment, the infringement or not of the rights of the defendant when using this option, its use in personal preliminary injunctions, among other aspects.

As a result of the foregoing, this research offers an overall view of the regulation of the real precautionary measures in the Civil Procedural Code and Criminal Procedural Code of Peru, to articulate them in both bodies of law, as well as in their enforcement.

This article analyzes the UNCITRAL Code of Conduct for Arbitrators in International Investment Dispute Resolution in 2023. The increasing use of QR codes across various sectors has facilitated the transfer of information but has also exposed users to new cybersecurity threats, such as quishing, a variant of phishing that leverages these codes to redirect users to malicious websites. To address this issue, the study aimed to implement an antimalware system that employs machine learning alongside the VirusTotal API to analyze and classify links embedded in QR codes in real time. The methodology was structured into four stages: capturing and decoding QR codes using OpenCV, analyzing extracted URLs with the VirusTotal API, issuing preventive alerts based on the link classification, and evaluating system performance with a dataset of 100 QR codes (50 safe and 50 malicious). The paper addresses the autonomy of will in the Peruvian Civil Code of 1984, focusing on articles 2095 and 2096. These allow the parties to freely choose the law applicable to a contract, without requiring a direct relationship between the selected law and the contract, which could lead to abuses such as the “internationalization” of contracts that are purely national. In this regard, the authors indicate that the intention of the parties to choose a certain law is due to their interest in achieving the application of a more permissive, or less prohibitive, law. La presente investigación, de enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada y nivel correlacional, tuvo como objetivo establecer la relación entre el uso de la aplicación Airbnb y la evasión de impuestos a la renta de primera categoría en Huancayo, 2023. Bajo un diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional, se trabajó con una población de 452 anfitriones de Airbnb, seleccionando una muestra representativa de 208 mediante muestreo probabilístico.
