This article presents the virtues and results of the order for payment process applied in other latitudes to show that it is a process that, far from the discussion of its legal nature, manages to resolve conflicts submitted to this in a reasonable time. Then, the minor labor processes that are processed under Law No. 29497 are analyzed. It is concluded that these processes can be adapted or submitted to the order for payment process, which would allow their processing and resolution to be carried out within a reasonable time, thus achieving the speed proclaimed by the new labor procedural law.

The study sample is a refractory ore with an average grade of 19.31 g/TM provided by artisanal miners in the area and Yanga from the province of Canta, Lima. The mineralogy of the sample showed the presence of the following minerals: Gold, Chalcopyrite, covellite, chalcocite, sphalerite, pyrite, arsenopyrite, magnetite, hematite, goethite, rutile and bargains as photos indicate 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. The minerals found in larger volumes are bargains, Pyrite and Chalcopyrite in photo 6 are interlaced with gold particles chalcopyrite and pyrite, with the larger size of 17 microns of gold. Los aceites esenciales extraídos de diversas partes de las plantas han sido empleados desde tiempos ancestrales con fines medicinales, condimentarios, conservantes y aromatizantes. En este estudio, se llevó a cabo una exhaustiva revisión bibliográfica sobre el uso de aceites esenciales en la industria de embutidos. Se empleó la metodología PRISMA para recopilar la información, obteniendo un total de 15 documentos técnicos y 17 documentos específicos sobre aceites de plantas aromáticas y sus efectos en productos cárnicos, siguiendo criterios de inclusión y considerando palabras clave relevantes. Traditional methods of leather production in Peru consume on average between 60 to 80% of chromium for tanning process , generating wastewater with high concentrations of total chromium that must be treated in order to meet the Maximum Allowable Values ( VMA ) established by the DS 029-2009 - Vivienda. The use of complexing agents in the chrome tanning process reduces the supply of chromium to increase skin absorption. Formula un procedimiento que reduce el número de estructuras de proceso mediante la implementación sistemática de modificaciones topológicas para maximizar la rentabilidad del proceso. El presente trabajo formula un procedimiento heurístico evolucionario para la selección preliminar de estructuras de proceso competitivas contando con un conjunto inicial de estructuras alternativas. El procedimiento de selección es organizado como un problema de optimización con el objetivo único de maximizar la ganancia. Para aproximarse a la ganancia óptima se realizan modificaciones topológicas a las estructuras de proceso iniciales. Tales modificaciones se basan en el análisis paramétrico de las variables independientes del balance de materiales. Así se obtiene un conjunto final de estructuras de proceso mejoradas.

The article presents the results obtained in the structural, physical and chemical characterization of the stubble fiber of the pineapple harvest (Ananas Comosus) Golden as an alternative to elaborate paper. The biometric properties of the fibers were determined (length and diameter, wall thickness and lumen diameter), to later obtain the pulp quality indexes for paper, as well as the percentages of cellulose, Holocellulose and lignin, according to the TAPPI Standards for each component and the Jayme-Wise method. This study was made with the purpose of having information for its later use in the pulp and paper industry. In Huanuco Quechua, there is an alternation in the use of the direct evidential {-mi} within sentences describing maintenance processes. The main objective of this work is to describe such evidentiality in processes of internal and external experience, as well as in others that refer to a notion of control that transmits certainty about the veracity of the statement in an alternate way. As explained by Floyd (1997), in the semantic network of such particle are grouped uses that at first glance may seem incompatible, but are related. For the analysis, formalizations of formal semantics are used (Montague, 1970), which give an account of the syntactic structures involved in the states and the processes derived from them. It is concluded that the use of the suffix '-mi' has an alternation motivated by semantic factors oriented to the experience gradually.

In the face of a conflict, citizens can follow different ways to solve it. But, how justice is configurated in the conclusion of a specific conflict? what guarantee that the procedure of the mechanism is fair? We can think here in the due process of law; nevertheless, due process of law does not reach all mechanisms of conflict resolution.This paper, therefore, focuses in the study of the role of justice in (i) the procedural scope of judicial process and ADR mechanisms; and in (ii) the conflict resolution generated by them.

The pedagogical approach to strategies for the improvement of students’ reading comprehension is one of the main challenges of education in Peru. In the case of the Tacna region, this improvement has gone hand in hand with educational innovation, mainly during the transition period between the exams to control the evolution of educational parameters proposed as part of the Student Census Evaluation Strategy (ECE) promoted by the Ministry of Education, as a response to the low indicators in mathematical and verbal reasoning of Peruvian students. The objective of this research is to demonstrate the impact of the "Minute Ten" strategy in improving the results of students in the Tacna Region. To demonstrate this, a comparison of pre- and post-implementation results of the strategy will be made to understand its impact on students in the Tacna Region, Peru.

Nowadays we can find in common law and civil law legal systems noncustodial criminal sanctions with an intervention in the life of the offender that takes the form of supervision. In this paper, it is argued that these elements of intervention were present into alternative penalties from its inception in the common law system, which later fertilized civil law jurisdictions, that had alternative penalties without supervision. To do so, the origin and evolution of alternative penalties in both groups of jurisdictions are studied. The introduction of supervision in the civil law system in the 1960s and a second moment of fertilization or transfer in the 1990s are also taken into account, considering the broader legal and cultural processes to explain these developments and the main resistance to these changes.

This article presents the results of an investigation that tests an alternative program to improve reading comprehension, the direct instruction of reading strategies, the use of different types of texts, and where the teacher cedes control of the process were taken as guidelines reader to student gradually. The research was of an applied type, with a quasi-experimental design, working with 44 second-grade high school students from public educational institutions, to measure the study variable of applying the Demonstrating what we learned-Reading test developed by the UMC. The results show us a significant difference between the control and experimental group, proving its effectiveness in increasing the level of reading comprehension and in the development of their abilities.
