Apply the educational program Happy Children Without Anemia (HCWA) in children at a public school in Puno department, supplying a fortified vegetable product to reduce anemia levels and improve their parents´ knowledge and healthy practices. A pre-experimental study with pre and post-test was carried out. The study population was children of the public school of Yocará, community of the province of San Roman. Hemoglobin data was obtained from 44 school-age children, ranging from 6 to 12 years old, who received bread fortified with beans and quinoa flour for 120 days. In the same way, both parents and students participated in nutritional talks and workshops with topics related to iron deficiency. This study analyzes factors that allow local officials to overcome design distortions generated during the process of registering beneficiaries of the «Vaso de Leche» Program in a context in which these beneficiaries are powerful social actors who have a capacity for collective action. This study was conducted between 2002 and 2010 in Villa El Salvador, a district of metropolitan Lima. Villa El Salvador municipal authorities selected beneficiaries without considering the target population as established by the official regulations. This variation from established norms is understood in this study as a «design distortion». The present work was developed in the Laboratory of Engineering and Projects and the Laboratory of Food analysis of the Agro-industrial Engineering School, and is oriented to find parameters for the dehydration of ramio leaves (Boehmeria nivea), species of high nutritious value and that adapts satisfactorily to the environmental conditions of San Martín region. Automation with Arduino refers to the ability to use the Arduino IDE platform to control and perform tasks automatically, involving the interaction of sensors, actuators, and other devices. This allows the creation of automated solutions for various applications, ranging from simple projects to more complex systems. The purpose of this research was to build and install an efficient automated prototype for bottling and sealing table water using Arduino. This was achieved using the Proteus 8 Professional simulation program, Arduino IDE, and mathematical calculations. El presente trabajo se desarrolló en el Laboratorio de Ingeniería y Proyectos y el Laboratorio de análisis de los alimentos de la Facultad de Ingeniería Agroindustrial de la universidad Nacional de San Martín, y está orientado a encontrar parámetros adecuados para la deshidratación del follaje de ramio (Boehmeria nívea), especie de alto valor nutritivo y que se adapta satisfactoriamente a las condiciones ambientales que presenta la región San Martín. La empresa objeto del presente proyecto pertenece al rubro de alimentos, se localiza en distrito de Carmen de la Legua de la provincia constitucional del Callao, cuenta con diversas líneas de producción y en específico una de ellas es la de producción de galletas. En dicha línea debido al aumento de la producción, a mediados del 2019 se empezó a producir fallas en el sistema de monitoreo y control de la máquina empaquetadora de galletas. The objective of this article is to estimate the impact of the Pension 65 social program on per capita expenditures on food. The study is based on a quantitative methodological perspective, using the differences-in-differences technique with propensity score matching (DD-PSM). For this purpose, the database of the 2017-2018 National Household Survey (ENAHO) is used, both for the treatment and the control group. The unit of analysis are Peruvian households at the national level that participated in the program for two consecutive years, with 2017 as the baseline. The results obtained indicate that per capita expenditure on food has increased by 15.02% for those households that receive the Pensión 65 program.

La presente investigación analiza la eficacia de la conciliación extrajudicial en materia de alimentos en la DEMUNA de la Municipalidad Provincial de Churcampa, Huancavelica, durante el 2021. El estudio se centra en evaluar cómo este mecanismo contribuye a la resolución de conflictos alimentarios y a la protección efectiva del interés superior del niño. La metodología adoptada fue de enfoque cualitativo, con un alcance descriptivo y un diseño basado en la teoría fundamentada.
