La presente investigación, titulada “Modificación del plazo legal para formular observaciones al requerimiento acusatorio contemplado en el artículo 350° del Nuevo Código Procesal Penal”, se llevó a cabo debido a la relevancia de los derechos y principios afectados por la regulación vigente en el Código Procesal Penal. Este trabajo académico identificó un vacío normativo en la legislación penal adjetiva, específicamente en el artículo 350° inciso 1 literal a), que no considera la naturaleza ni la complejidad del proceso al determinar el plazo otorgado a los sujetos procesales, particularmente al imputado, para responder al requerimiento acusatorio presentado por la fiscalía. Since the growing health crisis produced by COVID-19, our economic, social, and judicial environment has undergone several changes. Among these changes are the measures adopted by the judiciary to continue protecting rights and to continue with «normality» in its own work. This article comments on Directive No. 007-2020-CE-PJ approved by Administrative Resolution of the Executive Council of the Judiciary No. 000167-2020-CE-PJ, which implemented the «Simplified and Virtual Process of Food for Children and Adolescents». Indeed, it will be analyzed its main scopes and relevant modifications with regards to the traditional process. Likewise, the experience of the Superior Court of Justice of La Libertad with respect to the implementation of the virtual form of food demand will be taken into consideration.

Research in academic literacy has shown that scaffolding improves the reading of disciplinary texts. Included among the considered variables is the lexica. A robust vocabulary will result in better reading performance. To verify this, a semantic priming task and a reading comprehension test were applied to 31 first-year pedagogy students to establish whether there is a correlation between lexical processing and reading. The main findings indicate the establishment of weak semantic relations and normal reading performance. It is concluded that better reading performance is associated with slower lexical processing, which would suggest that readers engage in strategic operations to address comprehension tasks. This will allow for the formulation of scaffolding actions that highlight the importance of mastering the disciplinary vocabulary in order to safeguard an adequate reading task.

This paper focuses on questioning the use of the claim for nullity of legal acts, based on Civil Code provisions, to request the annulment of administrative acts that are grounded in administrative law. Accordingly, it reaffirms the exclusivity of the administrative litigation process, within the ordinary jurisdiction, for filing claims seeking the annulment of administrative acts issued under public law norms.

This research is based on the problem of communication observed in the Academic Office of Research of the UCV: Universidad César Vallejo Campus Chiclayo (AOR-UCVCH), facing such a situation, it was suggested hypothetically that a proposal of organization and control model, focusing on a manual of procedures which overcomes such problem. The processing parameters that maximize the pulp yield and the stability of the ungurahui nectar were evaluated by means of the Taguchi and Response Surface methodologies. The raw material used came from the town of Yurimaguas, Loreto Region - Peru, and was subjected to weighing, selection, classification, washing, disinfecting, maturing, pulping, refining, filtering, standardized (to formulate the nectar), pasteurized, packed, cooled and stored processes. Background: endocrine disorders may affect sexuality due to hormonal changes, associated comorbidities and psychosocial impact. This topic remains poorly researched from the perspective of people with these conditions. Objectives: a qualitative research was conducted to understand the sexual experiences of women and men living with endocrine disorders that change their physical appearance. In this work we carried out the mathematical modeling of the wound healing process, which is a well documented topic in medical and biological practice; but mathematically speaking there are still too much to be done for a clear understanding of the healing phenomom. Here we contribute to the mathematical modelling by using chemical kinetic concepts and mathematical tools, from which we have been able to formulate a system of ordinary differential equations of initial value, whose solution is presented graphically in front of a case study, where we have tested an active pharmaceutical principle with respect to its effectiveness. Finally, the speed of the healing process for such a case study produced an excellent agreement with experimental data that has been omitted due to confidentiality.

Se obtuvieron diecinueve VHHs (dominios variables únicos de los anticuerpos de cadena pesada) que unen a CD105 (endoglina) humano, un co-receptor endotelial de TFG-β implicado en la regulación de la angiogénesis y el desarrollo de tumores, mediante screening por phage display de una biblioteca de ADNc de VHH obtenida de alpacas inmunizadas con un lisado de una línea celular de cáncer de vejiga que sobreexpresa CD105 (T24). Las secuencias de los VHH se analizaron con ExPASY, GeneDoc y BLAST y mostraron las características estructurales típicas de los VHHs. Ellas se clonaron y expresaron en pET22b(+)/E.coli y los VHHs recombinantes se purificaron por cromatografía de afinidad. We propose a process for making a nutraceutical beverage, from camu camu, which strengthens the immune system through their high levels of vitamins, essential amino acids and minerals. This process involves the primary treatment unit operations such as selection, sorting, bleaching, pulping, pulp refining and pulp pasteurization of camu camu. It has managed to drink, preserving all its nutritional properties. The report analyzes the drinking 1334 mg ascorbic acid / 100 ml and 197.90 ppm levels of calcium: magnesium 47.27 ppm to 1.24 ppm of Zn and energy 66.38 calories per 100 ml.
