With the social outbreak in Chile in October 2019, a series of demonstrations and citizen mobilizations of different sectors of society began, which promoted various requests for social claims and demands. It is from this event that, on November 12 of that year, a presidential speech was issued, through which three major agreements were proposed to overcome the crisis that was being experienced, and one of those agreements was the agreement for a new constitution.This promise gave rise to the formation of the Constitutional Convention, the body which, after a long and arduous period of work, has recently presented a new draft constitutional text, which will be accepted or rejected by means of a plebiscite to be held in September of this year. In this context, the purpose of the interview is to analyze and evaluate the most decisive aspects of the constitutional process.

El contenido de la presente investigación está basado en el análisis discursivo de las publicaciones políticas centrales y portadas de los diarios El Comercio y La República entre el 21 de octubre y el 1 de noviembre de 2018. Estas fechas comprenden el periodo de pedido de prisión preventiva a la líder política del partido peruano ‘Fuerza Popular’, Keiko Sofía Fujimori Higuchi. La interpretación simultánea (IS) es una de las modalidades más productivas y efectivas en tiempo real, puesto que facilita la comunicación en eventos o conferencias de carácter internacional. No obstante, debido a la serie de procesos que conlleva para producir un servicio de interpretación de calidad, investigadores han centrado su atención en el desempeño de los intérpretes. Although the Peruvian Agrarian Reform has been a mayor event for the peasant communities of Peru, especially in the Andes, it is barely evoked. It is the case of the community of Llanchu, located in the region of Cusco y in the Province of Calca, even if it has born thanks to the reform. In this paper we will analyse the way people refers to the agrarian reform. We will show that discourses about the past are socially controlled as any other kind of speech in that society. We will also discuss the way this past is engraved in the society and its territory. The ancient categories former to the reform are then still in use today even if they are expressed in new words. The events in Argentina during the winter of 2018 (massive feminist groups marched to demand the approval of the Voluntary Termination of Pregnancy bill) invited us, from our places as artists, to emerge from our workspaces. The stage was set in the streets and the concept of art-life was about to manifest itself. Motivated to generate a device that expresses the politics of those who had abandoned their place of contemplation, questioned as individuals and mobilized as a collective, we decided to do an intervention with a performative aesthetic. El objetivo de este trabajo de investigaciòn es dar a conocer que el lenguaje nos ayuda abrir la posibilidad de relacionarnos socialmente, el desenvolvimiento del habla según Hernández Pina (1984), el proceso de adquirir el lenguaje ha sido y aún sigue siendo el objetivo de muchas investigaciones desde diferentes especialidades. La investigación de tesis aborda el proceso que ha seguido la demanda por agua en el Conflicto por el Proyecto minero Conga, expresada en el discurso del Comando Unitario de Lucha, un colectivo de la sociedad civil de Cajamarca que ha propuesto a lo largo de tres años diversas acciones y estrategias para reclamar el agua. The aim of this research is to analyze the use of Twitter by Verificado México during the Mexican electoral campaign of 2018. The project, known as VerificadoMX 2018, brought together a team of more than 90 media outlets and organizations that partnered to verify information about an electoral process that began on March 29 and ended on June 27, 2018. Based on the analysis of the 3116 tweets published from VerificadoMx's Twitter account, a typology of rumors and verifications is proposed for the study of electoral campaigns. From the study of the VerificadoMX Twitter account we must point out that we must distinguish two specific moments that accelerate the verification of facts and speeches: the electoral debates and the electoral day. On the other hand, we can differentiate between rumors of electoral pre-campaign, campaign and post-campaign.

Currently there is no definition of facilitation to unify its various practices and expressions. Although this reality realizes the great creative wealth of practical facilitation affects the theoretical and methodological dispersion is diluted among the various forms of social intervention. This article reviews the various definitions widely found in the literature on facilitation and proposes an inclusive definition. This definition states that the provision relates to processes and functions that allow you to interact with the paradigms, thoughts, feelings, emotions and events (speeches, attitudes and practices) of individuals and groups in a systemic and contextual framework so that it can address the complexity through the deployment of all its capacities, abilities and potential oriented to achieve dynamic equilibrium to establish relationships, links, understandings or agreements ...

En el marco de la glotopolítica, entendida como el estudio de la dimensión semiótica de los procesos sociales tal como se expone en el campo político, se estudia una serie construida a partir de materiales genéricamente diversos que se desplazan discursivamente de lo religioso a lo político.
